A Very Bumpy Ride

This is a pretty good anal toy and a rather blah prostate toy. I had high hopes and was disappointed. Now I know why many of the higher-end p-spot products are almost entirely smooth. Unless you're looking mostly for anal stimulation, I would pass on this.

Use

As with other prostate stimulators, after a substantial application of lube this toy should be inserted with the curve facing forward. The two pairs of prongs make it nigh impossible to lose and very easy to manipulate. The prostate can be stimulated by rocking and bending the toy vertically. More anal-focused stimulation can be achieved by (slowly!) moving the toy in and out. The vibrator button is easy to find with your thumb.

Material / Texture

The main part of the toy is made of relatively flexible silicone. The vibrator is housed in plastic. I'm not sure what the limits of the firmness of silicone this thick are, but I found it a little too flexible to firmly push against my prostate. The smoothness of silicone is always appreciated, of course, although it doesn't transfer vibrations particularly well. The toy does not smell at all as far as I can tell.

Design / Shape / Size

The design of the toy really intrigued me when I first saw it. However, I soon discovered that the large bumps were too much. If I were looking for an anal-focused toy it might be just right, but this is marketed for the prostate, and that's what I was hoping to stimulate. Just as things were starting to get good for my prostate, my sphincter muscles began to tire and get sore. The curve of the toy is just right and I even like the little indentation at the end. The handle doesn't offer the perineum stimulation promised, but it does make it easy to manipulate and hold. However, the bumps ruin it. A smoother toy would work much better.

Performance

The vibrations were mild at best. They were not unwelcome, but barely did anything additional for me. The vibrating bullet is tiny and stuck all the way at the end of the toy opposite from where I want the vibrations to be. They have to travel through a lot of silicone to get to the prostate and do so fairly poorly.

Care and Maintenance

I'm not sure how water resistant the bullet vibrator is, but it doesn't get anywhere near the action so I don't usually worry much about it. The vibrator is removable from the silicone body, which is easily washable and sterilized if need be. As always with silicone toys, don't use silicone-based lubes or you will damage the product. Water-based is best, and oil will work if you're not using condoms.
    • Easy to clean

Packaging

The packaging was not particularly notable but there wasn't anything that put me off. I always appreciate friendly, informative packages, but I recognize how rare that can be. It would be nice if it came in or with a reusable case. Silicone toys can't be stored together without risking damage.
