Acrylite beads™ junior
These beads weren't a good first anal toy for me. I was unimpressed. The design and plastic material left me feeling a little uncomfortable, but the experience wasn't bad enough to shatter my interest in in anal beads. I will probably choose a jelly or silicone set next time.Published: July 18, 2008
Pros:
Pretty, cute, has a ring for easy retrieval.
Cons:
Hard plastic, uninteresting spacing, difficult to clean, and knots don't hold the beads in place.
When I purchased these acrylite beads, I wasn't new to anal play but to anal toys. I wanted something affordable, cute and beginner-friendly. They didn't feel too friendly but kind of like, well, hard plastic balls. Also, the cord didn't make clean-up easy. I did not care for this product.
I purchased this item a long while back, some time after initiation into anal play. But I had not used a specifically anal toy. I wanted something for my boyfriend and I to use, but I didn't want to spend a lot if I found I preferred fingers. I didn't know if I wanted something like a probe, but the idea of beads seemed exciting. I seen this and was drawn to it thinking that the size of the beads looked friendly enough and I liked the pretty, pearly appearance. I'm a sucker for cute things.
When we tried this out, I felt the pulling-out process was slightly uncomfortable, even with a good lube. It sort of interrupted the fun.
I thought the beads could've been a little smaller, and I definitely didn't like the feel of the hard plastic. The pacing of the beads exiting was not as exciting as I had hoped. I wondered if the beads had been closer together if it would've felt more interesting. I was a little sore and a little skeptical.
After use, ease of clean up was slightly impaired by the somewhat fibrous, synthetic cord. I wondered if the texture was really that hygienic.
We decided to give them another try some time later. During the pulling, a middle bead slipped out of place over a knot in the cord. It was simple enough to fix after clean up, but I decided that I didn't like corded beads. And I really didn't care for hard plastic in my bum.
I don't think this toy got a third try.

Yeah, really nothing about this toy is all that hygienic. I would seriously recommend a silicone toy over jelly though if you try anal beads again. Silicone is safer for your body, lasts longer, and can be sterilized so you can share the toy with a partner. I personally don't own any beads, but I've heard some great things about the flexi felix by fun factory.
Definitely go with silicone! There are a few good silicone bead toys on here. They'll be more durable, easier to clean, and most of all, safe for your butt!
If you are still interested in anal beads and want something hygenically superior, in addition to the Flexi Felix suggested by Bulma would be the Silicone Beads by Tantus.
Those strings look like a breeding ground for bacteria.

I wouldn't be able to stand the cord material. It would be terrible to clean. Thanks for sharing!
