This particular product is for fairly basic anal beads. They are intended to be inserted and then pulled out slowly to magnify orgasms. The specific usage is up to you, of course. The size isn't threatening and the material is hygienically superior. For this reason, I think it's suitable for anybody who's willing to kick out the extra dough for a quality product. Of course, if the price isn't something you're willing to commit to and you're inexperienced in anal activities, you may want to go for something cheaper if you're not sure you'd even like anal beads.

This product is made of 100% silicone, making it completely body-safe and hypo-allergenic. It has a teeny bit of a squish to the very outside of the material, but is generally firm. This makes insertion easier, but gives the beads a nice velvety texture. This causes them to have a bit of drag, so use PLENTY of lubricant. Being silicone, this product also has no scent or taste. It's latex-free, non-porous and phthalates free. I'm talking food-grade luxury. This is why the product costs what it does. When I get into the cleaning of the product, you'll see more of why this material is such a wonderful thing for this type of product.

The toy consists of six oval beads that start small at the tip and work up to about 1" in diameter at the largest bead. The entire product is about 10" (about 7" insertable) and topped off with a ring for easy retrieval. The oval beads are a bit of a change from the typical round shape that most anal beads have. This makes initial insertion more comfortable and the removal of the beads almost effortless. There is no noticeable seam on the beads which is a definite improvement over most plastic/jelly beads that I've used. There was nothing uncomfortable about this product to me. It's very flexible, which is a great thing. The individual beads are firm enough to be slowly inserted one-at-a-time, but not stiff, allowing you to comfortably wear the beads for extended periods of time, if you desire. The size is ideal and much easier to work with than standard jelly beads which end up feeling too long. The only thing I would change about the design is for the smaller beads (the first two) to be a little bit bigger. Not by much, but just big enough for my fingers to grasp a bit easier. This is not a realistic product so don't expect it to seem like any part of the male anatomy. It's also not designed for thrusting, so intense movement isn't ideal. If you need these things, you may want to look for another product.

The overall performance of this product is wonderful. I'm a big fan of anal beads in general and these have become my new favorite set. I love the texture of the material on the surface, the material safety and the flexibility. The size is comfortable and the entire product feels sturdy. I abused the retrieval ring a bit and never felt like I was at risk of breaking it. It's definitely a quality product. Again, I'd like to point out the drag of the silicone and that lots of lube is necessary to help the beads slide in and out comfortably. If you are a beginner, you may want to try a few beads at a time before graduating to the bigger ones/more length.

Here's where the material makes its worth known. Especially when you consider where this product is going to be hanging out during playtime (Yeah, I went there). Let's begin with cleaning the product on a regular basis. This product does attract a bit of hair and lint and keeping it in decent storage may or may not prevent this. Either way, it's a good idea to rinse it well before use. You can use soap or toy cleaner and water (any temp you desire) to clean it. Now, being a silicone material, you can also sanitize these beads! Just boil them for three minutes or you can also toss them on the top rack of your dishwasher. Storage is fairly simple as well. This toy does not come with it's own storage nor is it packaged in a way that you can use the box as storage. I just use a pretty, plastic cellobag. When it comes to lubricants, you'll want to use only water-based lubes to keep your product in top-form! This is a long-lasting and sturdy material that's fairly easy to care for.

This toy comes in a somewhat attractive, yet simple package-style. It's sort of like a clamshell, but sealed with a perforated back, allowing for easy removal of the product. There is a paper insert with a design on one side and some helpful toy info on the other. It's not really handy for storage, but wouldn't be offensive as a gift. It doesn't really serve as its own gift box, though.

I have handled Ophoria products before, but never owned one until now. I must say that their products are well-worth the price and I am very pleased with this particular toy. It has encourage me to try other Ophoria products. No, this toy is not going to bring you to orgasm on its own, but it does assist in making the orgasm interesting and more intense. As I already stated, I love anal beads and I think that anyone who likes a little anal stimulation could benefit from this product.

I really just used these as regular anal beads. There isn't a lot of leeway when it comes to the usage of the product. I did use a thick bullet vibrator in a way that ended up being pleasurable. I inserted it into the retrieval ring which gave the product a bit of a vibe (which was AWESOME) and made me relax a bit at the prospect of losing the ring inside of my body (most anal beads have fairly flexible rings). Of course, not all eggs or bullets will work for this, but it may be worth a try with another vibe of sorts (traditional plastic for example). If one fits, you may find something you like!
