Zing - anal vibrator by Tantus - review by Gingertrap

When I first got this toy I had experimented with anal play but had never used a butt plug before. The vibe provides light to medium vibrations that are focused at the base of the toy. The ribs along it's length are best to be taken slowly as the silicone is quite stiff. The plug is small enough that it can be worn under your clothes but I would not suggest wearing it for long periods of time as the round base can start to press against your cheeks.

The Tantus Zing is a good first plug for someone with a little anal experience under their belt, or someone (or a couple) looking to use it as an added sensation during play.

The 100% silicone is one of the things that drew me to this plug. The silicone has no distinct smell or taste to it and has a glossy smooth texture to it. The smoothness lends itself to easy insertion for someone who has less experience.

Being my first plug I did like the design of it. The size is not too large where it would be uncomfortable but it still gave a decent amount of sensation. The ribs along it's length are pretty stiff and can be uncomfortable if you are not ready for it, they are definitely something to take slowly. I would not suggest thrusting with this toy unless you like it rough!

Now that I am more experience I don't use this one that often, mostly due to the size. At this point I need something bigger to give me that 'full' feeling.

The size is best suited for a beginner/intermediate user.

This little plug did everything I expected it to with no real issues. I could definitely feel it when I had it in and the vibe added a nice touch. If you are looking at this purely for the vibration though I would suggest looking for something designed specifically for that. The vibe that came with mine is your basic one-speed bullet vibe that slides into the base. Generally it provided a light to moderate vibration that was focused more at the base of the toy.

The noise level was not bad at all, you could probably get away with wearing it in public with the vibe on without people noticing but in a quiet room someone may notice.

The toy is very easy to clean, you can simply pop the vibe out and clean everything with anti-bacterial soap and warm water. I would suggest doing a more thorough cleaning every few uses by boiling the silicone part of the toy for several minutes or washing it in a 1 to 10 part bleach/water solution. The vibe should only be cleaned with soap and water because it is made of plastic and has electronics inside.

Silicone toys tend to attract every bit of lint or dust so I store it n the plastic packaging it came in. You could also store it in a fabric toy bag. It should not be stored in contact with other toys as there is a chance that they will interact with each other.

As with all silicone toys use only water based lubricants.

The Zing comes in a rectangular plastic container that opens on the top, allowing a plastic sleeve to slide out. The packaging shouldn't require a knife or scissors to open and can be used to store the toy.

When I first tried out the Zing I was pretty unsure of what to expect. I had experimented with anal play before with a little fingering but I'd never used an actual toy. I got myself warmed up and then lubed up the zing. It slid in rather effortlessly and the ribs gave an interesting sensation that I was not used to. I lingered around the center to get used to it and then put the rest of it in. It gave me a nice slightly full feeling and it felt good to sort of grind against it on a chair or bed.

When I turned the vibe on I was a little shocked as I had never used a vibrating toy before. It was not super strong but it still provided some nice stimulation that I wasn't used to. I was definitely pleased with my purchase and it serves well as an add on to self stimulation or other types of play!
