Anal Toy? Ehhhh I don't really think so.

Overall I know this is advertised as an Anal Sex toy, but personally(and this is just my opinion) I don't recommend it for "first time" users. Meaning if you have never had anal sex, used an Anal toy, or haven't had anything inserted into your Anus then I don't think this is for you. But it does feel good in the Vaginal area. And though I have no problem with the jelly, I personally prefer silicone and I would be much happier if it was made out of silicone.

Pros:
Can be used great/better as a regular dildo than an anal dildo.
Cons:
It's supposed to be an Anal toy, but I found it too big and I'm a first time user of anal toys.

useful review
I will start by taking you on my journey from beginning to end with my experience using "Crystal Jellies ANAL Delight Probe". I ordered this toy, and it came in the mail yesterday. Before I ordered it, I did my research and I read some reviews to see what people had to say about it. Many said it was good for "beginners." I am a beginner myself, I have never had anal sex before, and this was my first time attempting to try to use an anal toy. I figured since a few people said they would recommend it to first timers then I'd try it out myself. It was a very good price; I can’t complain about that! I was not going to spend over $12 on my first anal toy, especially since I did not know the outcome.

When the box arrived, I was very excited. It came in a regular brown box and inside the box was the toy. It was very discreet; none of my family members had any way of knowing what was inside. The toy itself was in a plastic casing which took the shape of the dildo. When I opened it, I played with the toy and I felt the texture which was a little squishy and jelly like, soft yet firm and very flexible. I smelt it, and to me it had a very, very light smell to no smell at all. I rubbed my hands and fingers up and down to make sure it was smooth and did not have any bumps or lumps.

Many reviewers recommended using this with a condom because it is porous, and so I took the advice and I did use it with a condom. It was easier for me. When I first tried to insert it into my "back door," I had some difficulty so I put some water based lube on the condom hoping it would slide without much problem. It hurt, a lot, and I felt very uncomfortable. It was too big, and if I had gone any further I would have probably screamed, so I stopped for a couple minutes. I tried once again, and the same thing happened so I gave up. I switched the condom and tired using it in my vagina as a regular dildo and I loved it! Though I'm not too fond of how it feels with the condom on, you might feel different about it. I love the fact that it’s not too BIG and it’s not too small. I really liked the way the 4 ball-like bulbs start from smallest to big, and then it had the 5th one which is a little bigger and longer. It gives wonderful stimulation and it feels great. In addition I used my "Fing-O Glow Mini Massager" by Screaming O for extra pleasure. Yes, I did have a very wild orgasm, which blew my mind because it wasn't something I was expecting.

Today, I used it in the shower and the same thing: over the top orgasm. I don’t know if it’s the round bulbs or the way the jelly feels but something about it makes me go crazy. In the shower, I did use my fingers as well for clitoral stimulation. When I was finished, I washed it in the shower with warm water and soap. When I was done cleaning it, I put it back into the package it came in and put it away. Other people may choose to store it differently, instead of using its original casing. I did not taste it and I don’t plan to, but I assume it wouldn't really have a taste but it would maybe taste kind of rubbery. To end this journey I don’t think I would recommend this for beginners but who knows, that’s just my opinion. Everyone is different. I do, however, recommend that it be used as a regular toy. If you already own this toy, try it out and let me know if you feel the same, but remember the necessary cleaning precautions first. Hope you enjoy!

PS: I'm still looking for a "first time" Anal sex toy, any suggestions? This one didn't seem to work for me so something smaller would be good, hopefully.

Wow. This is gorgeous and since I do not participate in any anal play and neither does my partner (we're totaly virgins there! lol) I wondered at first sight if this would be good for vaginal use. How cool that it went so great! I certainly agree with you on it not being suitable for beginners anally. I've never had any kind of anal penetration so this would be absolutely terrifying if I decided to try it and use this one. I am with you, I do not think this should be considered for beginners or first time users. Although I no little about anal sex, I don't think first timers would like this and should probably start out very small and with a plug or at least something without SO much bubbly texture. I could not imagine this being a good idea at all for a new anal user. Anyways, it is outstandingly beautiful! Is the texture/material rubbery or sticky? Does it attract hair, fuzz and lint and does it grab your lady bits like some sticky, rubbery toys or is it smooth and easy to slide and glide?

Jelly + anal w/o condoms = BIG HELL NO! I don't even know why they bother to make jelly toys like this anymore.

Whoa, this was my first anal toy and it worked great for me.

Did you go to the washroom and have a painful BM? That may have been the cause for the pain. The last time I used a plug it stung as I had a painful BM and my sphincter was a little "damaged" from my BM which caused the plug insertion to be a challenge (it was the Severin).

Perhaps "buddy" would be a good option for you, it is smaller I think.

At least the toy wasn't a total loss

Ohhh I dont think it was because of BM...I have have never ever had anything up my anus, no anal sex and this was my first time attempting to use atoy. Only reason I went for this one because alot of reviews said it was good for first timers, but turns out it wasn't that great for me...I'm kind of scared to try something else..and if I do choose to go for something different it has to be WAY smaller and i'll slowly work my way up to something slightly bigger.

  • Jelly or Sil-A-Gel?
    • Does anyone know for sure if this toy is made of Jelly or Sil-A-Gel? One of my students is doing a review of this item and he says that the package states that (despite the name) the toy is made of Sil-A-Gel, which is different from Jelly. I just want to make sure that he gets the correct information in the review and that we have the right material in the description on EF! :) Thanks!

Sil-A-Gel is added to material, not a material by itself. So it is both. :) I would link both material pages in the review. I feel it is best to go with packaging info when in doubt. The manufacturer does not always let EF know when a change in materials has been made.
