This is a very unique design for a prostate massager, in that it has a rotating head and vibrates too. The concept is great, but in practice its flaws become apparent. There is not much variety to the settings or vibration patterns and worst of all it is loud, when operating the motor. The Revo had a lot of potential, but doesn't deliver enough options, given the price. It's comfortable and fairly stimulating, but will not get my highest rating.

Soft and flexible enough that it doesn't make my butt react negatively, and the added vibrations really make me relax and enjoy the experience. The Rump Shaker makes anal play fun for me.
