Not really sure what is required to have an “Earth shattering orgasm,” but the first time I used the Aneros MGX was pretty close for me. The package was simple and appropriate, the back explaining how to insert the device with least discomfort and optimal pleasure. The directions would be especially helpful for someone trying anal play for the first time. The MGX's design is eye catching and graceful. Since the material is plastic, it is non-porous and extremely easy to clean. Any lubricant can be used, though I personally prefer silicone.
When I got this wonderful prostate massager home, I just couldn't wait for my boyfriend to get home. I got myself ready and put it inside. Wow, I am astonished you were able to make it work for you the first time you tried it. Most reviews I have read state it takes a while to get used to the toy and knowing your body!

Yes and no to being sterilized. Though it cannot be boiled, bleached, or put in dishwasher (This i state in reason to plastic not being able to hold proper shape in extremely high temperatures), still using hot water and anti-bacterial soap as well as using a good toy cleaner, such as Pjur Med Clean Spray (review coming in about 45 minutes) it is virtually brand new and safe to share with a ~trusted~ partner.
I agree with Naughty Student, it's great you were able to get this to work for you so quickly! I bought one for my hubby, and it took quite some time and patience for him to reap the benefits of this toy.
Perhaps this should be sold with body padding? Glad you enjoyed!
