This prostate massager is similar to the Nexus G-Rider with the curvature and design of the shaft you insert into your anus being virtually identical. The big difference is with the ribbed U-shaped end on this one which provides stimulation to your balls. The vibrating tip sits directly underneath them giving you stimulation to both your prostate and balls. I like to wear cock rings on a regular basis and this works very well with them too. In fact it probably gets the tip of this massager underneath my balls a little easier.

The Max 5 is made of a very soft silicone material which feels wonderful and makes it easy to insert with the use of a water based lubricant of your choice. I'm sure any level of user would find this material to their liking.

I bought the Max 5 as an alternative to the Rude Boy after realizing the shape might work better for me. I was absolutely right as this can be inserted much easier(at least for me) than the Rude Boy. It goes in and stays put, can be worn for a long period of time, and has a variable speed setting! What's not to like! The size is also good fit for me, measuring about 1 1/2" in diameter at its widest point with nearly 4 inches of it being insertable. The overall length is listed as approx. 5 1/2".

One definite advantage this massager has over the G-Rider is the battery. It is fully removable which makes cleaning very easy! It is also one of the LR1 types which last longer and are supposed to provide a little stronger vibration.

Being made of premium silicone and having a removable battery make this prostate massager a breeze to take care of and keep clean. If you like, you can toss it in the dishwasher with the rest of your Tantus toys! As with any other silicone toys a water based lubricant is recommended so you don't damage the product.

The Max 5 comes packaged in a plastic display case and includes an instruction manual underneath the bottom cover.

As you may have already figured out, I have the Max 5 and the G-Rider. Both are excellent products! I usually have a difficult time deciding which one to use! Not the kind of problem I mind at all. Guess it just comes down to whether or not I want my balls stimulated as well.

I gave this one a try on a recent trip out and found it can be worn under your clothes, but not quite as easily as the G-Rider. The U-shaped part of the Max 5 tends to poke into my balls a little too much at times when I am sitting in my car. This is where the G-Rider is more comfortable for me.
