This toy is a prostate massager. It has a hollow part in the base and allows the bullet to be inserted in it. The bullet lets it vibrate. It won't get lost inside with the textured base. The back allows for stimulation of the taint and balls. You can use it while having sex with a partner or if you use a masturbator.

It is pointy at the top and might be uncomfortable for some people. It is my second toy and am happy it was that way. It might scare off beginners with the pointed top and textures at the bottom. The vibrations are optional, if they are too much for you or make you numb. I was apprehensive about this stimulator, because of the point and its size. It stays in, once it's in. I only dislodge it when orgasming, and it still tries to hold on then. It stimulates the prostate with the point. It works for me. The back rests on your taint, not really your balls. Balls will hang below the toy if you're on top. It does give your balls less room to swing, so don't thrust like crazy or it could hurt.
