Iridescent plug - butt plug discontinued by Doc Johnson - review by Calypso05

When I purchased this plug I was no stranger to anal, but I was out of practice. I was coming from a place where I did enjoy it, but it had been a very long time and I was with a new and larger partner. I decided that maybe buying a plug would help ease me back into things and help me take my husband's girth. That coupled with the fact that I am interested in double penetration made me look into buying a plug. I came across this one, and being from Doc Johnson, I decided to purchase it.

While I believe the size to be just right for beginners, I did have a few issues with it. It certainly slipped in easily, but my first issue with this plug was that it simply would not stay put! During solo play I was constantly having to stop to reinsert it and even during sex with hubby, we had to stop again and again. Sorry, but that is a huge mood breaker and we ended up just leaving the plug out of our play. While the plug was in, I did feel full and that is a very nice feeling, but I could not get past the fact that it kept slipping out.

It is very easy to clean. I always use warm soapy water and then I follow that with an anti-bacterial toy cleaner. Then the toy is towel dried and left out to dry completely. My issue is that within three uses the color started to change. We are extremely clean people, especially when it comes to sex toys, so I really don't understand why the plug started to look so dingy.

I really don't think I can comfortably recommend this plug. It may just be the way my body is made and it may work perfectly for others but it failed for me. Its low price, however, makes it a good option for beginners. I think you'll find yourself buying a different one soon after this one though.

This plug was okay, but certainly nothing to write home about.

I really didn't care for this plug, which is a shame since I usually enjoy Doc Johnson products. I found that the smell of the toy itself is a little strong and it doesn't stay in place very well. Hubby and I hardly used this product and have since moved on.

I had with it the first time around I would not buy it again!
