This prostate massager stays in well and has moderately strong vibration. The rounded dips and velvety texture in the body of the Bad Boy allow for some movement while in use. The perineum stimulator works well.

I found the texture to be odd at first. It was kind of rough feeling to the hands, like dry skin. After using it, I found that the texture added stimulation to the anal area and helped keep the toy in. If you are looking for something that feels more realistic, this product is not for you.

This is a large toy. The shape makes it hard to insert the full length. The last bump is the difficult spot. If you manage to get the full length inserted, the pressure on the prostate is very, very firm. I would say hard. Once in, however, the vibration made me ejaculate without an erection and with minimal penis play, maybe 30 seconds. There are no worries if you can not get the entire toy inserted. The toy stayed in well when it was not fully inserted due to its curvaceous nature. The pressure on the prostate is still substantial but not hard. I still was able to ejaculate without an erection with the toy only partially inserted, though it took more time and more penis play.

This is most definitely not a toy for beginners. It is difficult to insert completely. That said, even without complete insertion, the vibration was enough to cause a p-spot orgasm.

The Bad Boy is extremely easy to clean. Soap and hot water do the trick for me. The bullet is removable so that the main body of the toy can be run through the dishwasher or boiled.

The packaging is great. The box it comes with is more like a case than packaging. So I kept it and use it for storage when the toy is not in use.
