Bootie's use is pretty obvious since it's a butt plug, but there are some finer points to Bootie's insertion that I have found make using it a better experience. Bootie would be best used by someone who is a beginner (like me) or someone who likes smaller plugs.

I found I like to warm up in a certain way before inserting Bootie. I like to have vaginal sex and have at least one orgasm by the time I insert Bootie. Bootie should be used with a thick water-based lube since your ass, unlike the vagina, does not lubricate itself and needs some help. Make sure you take your time inserting Bootie and don't force anything. If you are warmed up enough and lubed enough, sliding Bootie in should be very simple. If it hurts or is uncomfortable, don't force it, just wait until you are more turned on or add more lube and try again.

Using Bootie is awesome as long as you have patience and listen to your body.

The Bootie is made out of 100% silicone and is soft and flexible to the touch. This is my first experience with Fun Factory silicone and I definitely want more! It's softer than LELO silicone and has a lot of give, so your ass will be completely happy. However, it is firm enough to insert easily, so don't worry about having to wrangle it into your ass.

The design of Bootie is nothing short of genius. The subtle curve forward follows the natural curves of the anal canal and rectum, so p-spot stimulation and indirect g-spot stimulation are a cinch. The curve also makes for easy insertion.

The Bootie is small, about the size of two fingers at the widest point, but it makes sure you know it's in your ass. As soon as your have Bootie inserted your ass starts to play with it. Because of the shape of the toy, when your ass contracts it pushes it against your g-spot (or p-spot) indirectly.

Although I've already said tons of good things about the Bootie, I think its best feature is its base. The base is nice and wide, so you have no fear that Bootie will take a road-trip up your asshole and decide to not come back home. It's also thin enough that it is very comfortable between your ass cheeks and can be sat on without any discomfort at all.

This coming summer I'm going back to Spain with my boyfriend to stay with his family there and I plan to take Bootie along for the ride. Bootie is small enough that it can fit discreetly into your purse or carry-on bag and doesn't really scream, "I'm a sex toy!" to people who don't have experience in anal toys. Overall, the design of Bootie is amazing.

Bootie performs beautifully and I have no complaints about it. If anything, it exceeded my expectations. It filled my ass way more than expected once in place.

Since Bootie is 100% silicone, it can be boiled for 3 minutes or run through the top rack of the dishwasher to sanitize it between uses or between partners. If you don't want to do that but still want to share, you can wipe Bootie down with a 10% bleach solution. If you aren't sharing and don't want to sanitize Bootie, you can always wash it well with soap and hot water.

I personally suggest sanitizing Bootie between uses since it has been in your rectum and you want to make sure none of the bacteria that lives in your ass is setting up shop on the Bootie. This isn't required, just a personal choice.

Also, since Bootie is silicone, you cannot use silicone lubricant with it. Try to pick a thick water-based lube as it will cushion your ass and last a long time.
