This is an item that anyone who is into anal play should own. The aluminum hose transfers temperature well, and the plastic tips are easy to insert and clean. It connects to the shower easily by first removing the shower head, then just attaching the coupling to the shower spout. The nice part about this item is that you get a never-ending supply of water, and you can adjust the temperature easily to your own liking. You only need to be careful that you keep the pressure and temperature reasonable, because both in the wrong way can be hazardous to the person using this device.

You may find yourself in the shower for an hour when using this. Be sure to have a free evening after using it because you'll be going to the toilet a few times afterwards. Not all of the water will flow back out, because this flows deeper inside than a regular enema does. It would be wonderful to use with a second person in a light S&M session, or anyone into humiliation and dominance.

Using a non-water soluble lubricant on the tip is a must, of course, since it's used in the shower. Clean up for that is usually a little more difficult, and since you'll be re-applying the lubricant a few times during your use, it will get on the aluminum hose. I usually put some hot water in the tub and add some Dawn dish washing liquid to the water. That cuts the grease well. The nozzles you can clean in the sink, or just put them in the tub as well. All in all, this is a fun item to have. On word of warning: It's much harsher on your system than a regular enema because you're using more water over the course of the session. But the benefits are worthwhile. You'll feel clean for sure, for anything to follow.

The first few times I used this product, I was in the shower for at least 45 minutes. You'll lose your arousal after a bit, but it's still exciting to use it, especially if another is helping.
It's also not for providing that 'visual' of an enema. Rather, it's more utilitarian - used for the purpose of cleaning, not necessarily for the fun of it. That said, it is still fun to use, just in a different way than other enema equipment.

I've used this water works system for quite a long time. While not every week, or even every month, it's quite a fun toy to use, especially if into butt cleaning. Yes, it's an enema, and if you're into enema fun, this item surely is a great toy. The 'not bashful' person would really enjoy this when used with another person. It's much more harsh than a regular enema, as you usually have to make a few visits back to the toilet after you're done playing with it because some of the water finally works it's way back down from being run up a little higher than normal. Way cool toy.
