Bubble Butt Dicky is best for intermediate to advanced users, but can also be used as a very short vaginal toy if you do not mind PVC. Because he is not a vibrating toy, he can be used almost anywhere for whatever you want. He also stands up very well to water. However, he tends to get a bit resistant to sliding when in contact with water. So be aware of this if you do intend to use him in aquatic territory. For those concerned about anal mishaps, fear not! Bubble Butt Dicky has a flared base that makes for easy handling, as well as makes it highly unlikely that there would be any unfortunate trips to the emergency room.

MATERIAL: Bubble Butt Dicky is made of PVC, better known as Polyvinyl chloride, earning it a safety rating of 2. I would normally not put PVC anywhere near my vagina, but since this is a butt plug, I did not mind it too much. PVC is light, water resistant, offers a long life cycle and does not require much maintenance. On Eden it is listed as one of the most commonly used plastics today. General properties include fast fusion and good property flow with high heat stability. It is insoluble in alcohol, and is slightly porous.

SMELL: This toy absolutely reeked when I opened up the packaging. I did not want to put it anywhere near my nose where the smell gets even stronger and more intolerable. It reminded me of times when I was in elementary school and I would go to a friend's house for a play-date where they had children’s toys that smelled like that. I would never want to play with them. So you can imagine, the smell set up my entire experience for this toy. Even after I washed it thoroughly in hot water and used my mildly scented toy cleaner spray, it seemed to smell worse once it got under the water. My small bathroom entirely smelled like PVC and my hands smelled liked it too. I have mentioned before that iffy smells are an absolute turn off for me. Even after airing it out for a few days, the smell would not go away.

TOUCH: Bubble Butt Dicky is firm, but can be squeezed for proper anal insertion. It has a smooth surface that has a bit of a lag to it when you run your finger across the surface. Because of this, the toy must absolutely be used with lubricant as it tends to stick to your skin when you are trying to insert it. This can make bad news for an anal toy. The texture is deceivingly nice for beginners, but the size of the toy is not. I would recommend this for intermediate users who have used other toys.
Because the toy is not strictly firm, is a bit bendable and has some give to it, I assumed that it was made more flexible by adding plasticizers and phthalates. The product page states that this toy is Phthalates free and Latex free.

TASTE: There was no way I tasted this. Enough said.

APPEARANCE: The head of the toy is shaped like a realistic penis, but the short stature with flared base makes it look like I lopped off semi-realistic circumcised penis.

Bubble Butt Dicky is semi-realistic in design with the head shaped like a circumcised penis. It is kind of short in stature, but the flared base makes handling a lot easier. The small size makes it suitable for travel as you can pop it easily in the bottom of a bag or in the corner of a suitcase. The toy itself is not discrete as anyone can tell what it is, but it is perfect to hide. It would be best for those accustomed to using anal plugs, put it does not really plug. Once you get it prepared and lubed up, it does not really stay in so you cannot do any major walking around with this in.

Bubble Butt Dicky is comfortable if you are the appropriate user. He is really good for working through the initial feeling of insertion to prepare for anal sex stretching, and relaxing the sphincter muscles to comfortably accept a penis or other penetrative device. Generally your muscles should hold the plug in, but advanced users might find that it will pop out and not be as tightly suctioned in as intermediate users. If you are planning to mix between orifices or between partners, make sure you use a condom to prevent the spread of bacteria. Be patient and be cautious, and you will have a pretty nice time. You can use this during sex with a partner if you want the full feeling in both places or during solo play for extra pleasure.

PVC toys should be cleaned with warm water and antibacterial soap. You may also use an absolutely universal solution - a sex toy cleaner. It is relatively easy to care for and can be completely doused under water since the entire toy is made up for the same material. DO NOT BOIL!

I would recommend storing this toy in a cool, dark place in it's own container, especially because of the smell, and due to chemicals in the toy that slowly degrade. The heat stability of PVC is very poor; when the temperature reaches 140°C PVC starts to decompose. Its melting temperature is 160°C. So please, if you happen to like this toy, be careful where you store it. Do not on top of fridges, or microwaves or whatever else you have that get's extremely hot. Also, warm water is important; DO NOT BOIL!

This toy is compatible water and silicone based lubricants.

Bubble Butt Dicky was packaged in a plastic encasement that was easily opened by pulling the package apart. The packaging is not discreet. It is see-through plastic so do not open the discreet Eden shipping box around anyone! The package also easily closes, so you can re-insert Bubble Butt Dicky if you need somewhere to store it. No matter where you store it, this does collect dust. It would be difficult to wrap, but anyone can get creative with wrapping it for a gift. There were no instructions included in the packaging. The label includes some disclaimers in a number of different languages as well as the available colors of the toy (white and black).
