Butt Buzz

The Butt Boy is a unisex vibrating butt plug and perineum stimulator that does a good job. Stimulation is moderately strong and consistent, battery life is long, and the toy does provide some P-spot stimulation if you're so equipped. It is a large plug, and the stiff material and rapid, geometric flare make it seem even more so during use, so approach this with all the caution you would give a 2" diameter plug.

Rocks Off made their name producing lines of prostate and G-spot massagers, all based on a similar design with an external vibrator set at an angle to the main body of the toy providing stimulation for the perineum or clitoris. With the Butt Boy Rocks Off has taken this same basic form and adapted it into a combination vibrating butt plug and perineum stimulator.

The exterior portion is the same hollow, vibrator holding three-ribbed elliptical arm found on most of the Rocks Off range, but the similarity ends there at the elbow. Instead of the usual curved interior stimulation arm found on the Boy and Chick G and P-spot models, the Butt Boy sports a four-inch long conical buttplug attachment that has a maximum diameter of one and three-quarters inches and a neck diameter of three-quarters of an inch. The flare between the neck and the body is very abrupt, much more so than on any other plug I've used, and the neck is also noticeably shorter, with only about a half-inch of length between the bulge of the plug and the top of the perineum stimulator arm. Ordinarily a plug with a neck this short would have retention problems, but the Butt Boy's abrupt flare and one-inch difference in body to neck diameter (unusually wide, as most plugs have bodies about a half inch wider than the neck) serve to keep the Butt Boy firmly in place as well as keeping the perineum stimulator snuggled up against the user's 'taint. The hold is quite secure, and the Butt Boy wouldn't slip out even when I tried out a few exercise moves while using it.

Sadly this method of producing a solid hold and tight fit does have a drawback. The Butt Boy is an anal toy that is extremely unforgiving during both insertion and removal. If you don't take the time to fully relax yourself for the larger than normal 6" maximum circumference then it will hurt - a fact that I personally can vouch for. The stiff silicone and abrupt angles mean that this plug should be approached with all the caution you would save for a two-incher, even though it's only one and three-quarters of an inch. If you don't think you're ready for a two-inch plug then you're best of waiting a bit before attempting the Butt Boy.

The other essential for comfortable use of this toy is copious amounts of very effective lubricant. Since the Butt Boy is made of silicone you can use any water or oil based lubricant you want, and if you're careful and spot-test some high-quality silicone lubes might also be usable. I tested mine with Get Maxxx and did not see any permanent bonding (though Get Maxxx is probably too thin for comfortable use with this toy)

Once in place the Butt Boy was comfortable to wear and the stimulation was moderately strong and consistent. The perineal arm was consistently stimulating, and the vibrations were conducted inside well. While the Butt Boy isn't designed and marketed as a prostate stimulator, I did notice a moderate amount of prostate stimulation during use, and the location of the vibrations could be moved around through contractions of my PC muscle and anus.

As with all of Rocks Off's products the Butt Boy is made of 100% silicone, making care easy and enabling you to sanitize the toy between uses. You can clean it after use with soap and water, and once the vibrator is removed the silicone portion can be sanitized with a bleach solution, a trip in boiling water, or by other methods.

Apart from the prominent "Butt Boy" logo on the sides this toy tends towards the discreet side. I could easily see a child picking it up and using it as a ray gun, or if someone had not seen the logo it could be passed off as a reflex hammer, temporary hole plugger, or any other of a myriad of possible cover stories. Sadly, the logo gives the game away.
