Amazing design that falls short. This toy has great potential if the neck were longer, and base was more stable. But, the first knob does feel great and can be fun when used right. But overall this product falls short of my own standards for a goof butt plug that can be worn and played with.

Big Billy Down is a generously sized silicone butt plug. Thus far, I have enjoyed my experience with it a great deal. It is made of high quality silicone and has a classic butt plug shape. Its one fault is that I can't comfortably wear it for a long time because the base is just too wide.

With it's 1 1/2" initial diameter at the widest point it's not a real beginners toy but it's reasonable for everyone beyond "anal started kits" level.
