This classic butt plug is one of the few anal toys I have ever used. Other toys were made of a very rigid stiff material or silicone that is so flexible that it is tough to keep it straight enough for easy insertion. Since this toy is made of rubber, it was much more flexible and provided softer insertion while still holding its shape well making for a nice gradual insertion.

When I first opened the toy it did have a very strong rubber odor; but after being out of the package for a while and airing out it is much better. After using it, I still have a faint smell of rubber on my hands but nothing too overwhelming. One other comment on the material for this plug: I stored it with some "sil-a-gel" dildos and the color of the dildos wore off onto this product and now I have a green and purple speckled plug. Still works just fine, it's just a little more "festive" now.

As far as cleaning we always use a condom with it which makes cleanup a breeze. I can't speak to cleaning it without using a condom; but, since it is a porous material, I would advise cleaning it extremely thoroughly as soon as possible after use.

I have used this toy during intercourse and masturbation and have been completely satisfied with the results each time. This product says it is great for advanced and beginners alike. I don't know that I would actually recommend this for a complete anal beginner. This item is quite large and will probably require a bit of a stretch and some soreness afterward for beginners. I know I was a little tender after the first time with this plug. It definitely took some getting used to for me, but now that we've used it multiple times I really do enjoy it.

When this plug arrived I thought there was no way it was fitting inside me. I am a relative beginner to anal play and was a little intimidated by the size of this toy.

Figuring I had already spent the money on it and might as well use it, we decided to give it a try the next night. With a decent amount of lube I was able to use this. Unlike dildos and anal beads, I really liked the fact that this plug slowly gets larger and has a flared base to keep it securely in place.

Once the toy was inserted I thoroughly enjoyed it. I had to use it a couple times before I got used to the "larger" size of it but now it is our go to anal toy. If this is your first anal toy I might suggest something a little smaller, but if you are up to the challenge this is a decent toy for the money.
