This is one of the cheapest toys I have ever made the mistake of buying. While at first glance it looks like it would be good, it has a heavy fragrance upon opening, is too large for a beginner (or, like, me non-regular anal player), and will fall apart. What do you expect for only $10 though? Just save your money and buy something of a better quality and anatomy appropriate size.

The Doc Johnson Classic Butt Plug is a nice rubber plug at a pretty universal size. The rubber material isn't great, so I recommend buying a similar toy made of silicone, the Doc Johnson Big End plug, if you like this one a lot, because it is of higher quality and will last.
