The wand is also waterproof, and works well it the bath tub/shower. One thing to remember to do is always make sure that your cap is closed tightly so that it does not leak water into the battery base.

And yet another amazing feature on this wand is the noise level. It is the quietest toy I own, with one exception. When the tip is pulled outward to release the "bead rolling" the toy does become a bit noisy. But I would only use this feature when using as a massager, and so being discreet really isn't necessary.
