First things first: if you're curious or considering trying out a toy for prostate play, the Naughty Boy is the perfect toy for you. This toy is perfect for beginners because it's not too large and intimidating. However, if you decide to move up to a more advanced toy, this company also produces two other prostate massagers. One is called the Rude Boy, the other is the Bad Boy.
The "shaft" is tapered and silicone, so it gives with your body and there is no poking or discomfort (with correct use). Another good thing about the shaft is that it is only 5/8" around. The Naughty Boy can be used with or without the vibrating bullet that is provided. I found the orgasms to be more intense with the vibrator. I prefer to use the massager with my fiance, but when she's not available I can use this hands-free on my own.
At the base there are smooth ridges meant to massage the perineum (taint). This feature can add more pleasure to the whole experience, but I found it did nothing for me. I actually can't notice the texture difference, but the vibrating is very nice. I've found that putting pressure on the base of the toy puts direct pressure on the prostate, which is very intense! My fiancé and I quickly discovered that if you move the base around in a circular motion too much, it can cause air to enter/escape the anus, causing not-sexy noises.
This toy is very easy to clean. We found it easiest to clean in the dishwasher, but it can also be washed by hand with a gentle soap or silicone cleaner and water. I love how easy it is to use and how it's made to fit me and hopefully you feel the same way too.

Still think this is a great toy for beginners but I want something a little bit big now. There are bigger versions of this toy called the Bad Boy and the Rude Boy maybe I will try one of those.

What kind of batteries does it use? I hate toys with watch batteries!

It takes one of the batteries smaller then a watch battery, I think the number is 357 battery. I also hate that some toys take these batteries and not double or triple A batteries but for this toy it is worth it.
Since the batteries are small, do they las a good while?

I think 357 batteries can be easily found at Wal-mart.
Did you have any issues removing or inserting the bullet?
I use it about once a week, I have never had an issue removing or inserting the bullet you just pull it right out.
How well does this toy stay in? It's always annoying to have to keep fiddling with a toy.
I have haven't had any problems with it staying in because I found sitting on it to be the most pleasurable. In some positions the toy does want to pop out
( like most toys you put in your butt ) but I reality it wasn't that bad.
