This is a unique, soft and very fun plug! True to name you can actually screw this baby into your ass with ease. The threads gently twist into you with incredible precision. An intermediately sized toy that almost everyone can have fun with. It's handmade, 100% silicone, and awesome.

Use

This butt plug is a medium size and could be fun for the average person. However, this may push a beginner to his or her limits. With a largely flared base it's very anal safe. You can use it as you would any butt plug or you can use its threaded screw shape to screw it into yourself.

Material / Texture

This Plug is 100% silicone, making it very healthy for your body and lacking any distinct taste or odor. Its color is a marbled swirl of black and sparkly dark blue. The silicone was surprisingly soft, and much more squishy than the average silicone toy. It's akin to the outer layer of the dual density silicone dildos (think Tantus O2 Series). And the proof of it being handmade... The texture is smooth though you can see finger prints that appear to have been captured by the original clay sculpture and have thus been cast and replicated in this silicone reproduction. The perimeter of the base was sloppily cut with the scalpel when they tried to clean up the excess silicone after molding. You can see a variety of different beveled cuts but they are simply cosmetic imperfections which won't affect the life or performance of the toy. There is also a nice WhipSpider Rubberworks logo stamped on the base.

Design / Shape / Size

The design is a that of a threaded screw with a gradually increasing girth, ending with the classicly narrowed butt plug taper directly above the base. The base itself is large but ergonomically rounded and so quite comfortable. The toy is not the smallest butt plug but it could be easily stowed to travel.

Performance

To my surprise the screw threads actually work very well. You can quite literally screw this toy into your ass with ease. The threads are rounded enough that you can also comfortably slide it in and out pleasurably, ignoring its screw capabilities and treating it like a normal butt plug. The only major flaw of this toy is that the transition from the base taper to screw thread isn't drastic enough to keep it locked inside of you. Which made it impossible for me to have sex without the toy popping out constantly.

Care and Maintenance

Since this toy is silicone make sure to use a water based lube! As far as cleaning goes you can hand wash with antibacterial soap, boil in water for 3-5 minutes, throw in the dishwasher, or clean in a light 5-10% bleach solution mixed with water.

Packaging

It arrives in a ziplock bag with an artfully printed index card in it, detailing some basic information about WhipSpider Rubberworks.

Experience

Upon receiving this toy in the mail, I dropped trou, lubed it up, and began screwing it in. Amazed by the ease of screwing I thought this toy was a walk in the park. However, right near the end I popped it in all the way and that surprised me. That last thread doesn't seem very big but it felt otherwise. So I gained additional respect for this toy and realized it's not something too rush to fast. In conclusion, this toy isn't huge and difficult but it's not tiny and easy either.
Follow-up commentary
This toy has become a trophy piece, standing out amongst the rest of the pack. Uniquely artful, and superbly fun. I'm addicted to the texture of the silicone which is ridiculously pliable and buttery yet still holds shape to function. It makes me disappointed the rest of my silicone doesn't feel similarly. My special lady was intimidated by its size, but she has come around and enjoys it occasionally, though it takes her a toy or two to work up to it. However, more often I hear in a pouty, whiney, little voice, "..baabe.. I wanna screwww youuu.." And that's nice. The more I've used it the more I've realized that this is an unmistakably fun toy, and Whipspider Rubberworks is my new favorite toy company. They will definitely be getting repeat business from me.

Yup, I'm not ready for a new plug, since I just ordered one. But I'm considering this one in a long term thing, or not so long term. Would be a good item to get to test how much I like that Whipspider silicone. The larger dildos are amazing.

  • Extended Wear with The Screw Royal But Plug
    • I was just ordered to buy this butt plug and wear it as I am out and about. Anyone done that with this style plug? I am not worried about taking the size. I worry about it not staying in.
    • Some of the reviews say it has a tendancy to fall out..
    • The neck is not long enough, and the base is kind of wide to wear comfortably for long term wear.

      It does pop out, because of the neck issue. Better plugs would be the Tristan, Tristan 1.5, or Ryder.
