Pleasure plug 2 - anal toy by Happy Valley - review by bunky

After the extremely traumatic experience with the Blush UR3 anal starter probe by Doc Johnson, it was to be a long while before I could get my wife to try another anal toy. But one and half years later, after spending a well researched afternoon on the internet and in various adult stores, we purchases the Happy Valley Pleasure Plug. It has since changed an anal fearer into an anal believer!

With that in mind, anyone who has ever been at least curious about anal play, do yourself a favor and invest in either version of the Pleasure Plug. They are small and unassuming, made from silicone, which is a safe (non-porous/phthalates free) material to use, especially when one considers the sort of bacteria which could be associated with anal penetration. The Pleasure Plug is perfect for beginners who are just starting down the path of anal play and understand the value of investing in yourself (as opposed to investing in a cheap product with a low sticker price).

Because the Pleasure Plug is made with silicone, the material finish is smooth, without being waxy. It is flexible without being floppy and solid without being rock hard (like glass or stainless steel products). The small size and friendly colors (orange/red and purple) keep the anal plug from being intimidating for first time users. And so after a few drops of lube, is easy to push in or withdraw. The flare of the plug itself is not that dramatic, so there should be no fear of it getting "stuck" as there might be with other anal toys (as intended for intermediate and advanced users). Also, the base is wide enough at the bottom to hang onto for insertion and removal and won't allow your toy to go too far (i.e. the entire thing won't just accidentally slip inside, forever lost).

Considering this was a second attempt at anal play for someone who was at first apprehensive and then (after a bad first anal experience) traumatized by anal sex, the Pleasure Plug gets high marks in my book for being more than just satisfactory. After all, it changed my wife's mind about anal sex. Now it is one of her favorite additions to our playtime together! I think that's a considerable point which I cannot articulate enough! And because of its size, it is extremely easy to clean and store. A quick boil in a pot or rinse in the sink and it's ready to go. It's ridiculously easy to take care of, my only recommendation when it comes to care, is to give the Pleasure Plug its own pouch or storage space so that you don't lose it!
