This is a silicone enema/douche made by Fetish Fantasy. It is designed to be a way to give yourself or others either an enema or douche. Quick side note, women, please don't douche. It can completely change your natural chemistry and cause serious health issues. I purchased this as a way to get clean before anal play with a partner. It can be used during play if that is what you are into as well.

Using this is easy. Pour warm, not hot and not cold, water into the bulb and attach the neck to it. Insert and squeeze. This is easy to use, but there are some design flaws to it that caused me to spill water everywhere. First, you have to squeeze to release the water into you, but if you release before pulling it out it will suck back into the bulb. This is not what you want to have happen. Also, if you aren't paying perfect attention, it is easy to detach to bulb from the neck. Which turns it into an open faucet with water running out of you.

This is sized to be pretty easy for just about anyone to use; although beginners will struggle with this more than more advanced users obviously.

This kit also comes with water based lubricant to help with insertion, silicone safe toy cleaner, and a blindfold. The lubricant and cleaner worked really well. As for the blindfold, it's ok, but not what I like in a blindfold. I prefer larger blindfolds because they are more effective.

Both pieces are made from silicone. The bulb is less firm and more flexible than the neck. This is so you can squeeze the bulb and insert the neck easily. The silicone that this is made from is soft and silky. Silicone has no noticeable taste or odor.

This is a great item for just about anyone who is concerned about hygiene or is looking to bring this into play. It has no difficult texture that will challenge beginners at all.

The bulb isn't large enough to hold a lot of water, and it takes me three or more applications to feel clean. This is because if it was larger it would be too difficult to use. I understand the limitations, but it left me really frustrated because of how time consuming it became.

When put together, this is about 10" long. The neck is fairly thin, but beginners may struggle a little with it. A water based lube helps a lot.

As I mentioned previously, I have to use this several times to actually get clean because it doesn't actually hold a lot of water. Additionally, the fact that the two pieces snap together and can unsnap while in use makes it so this is even more frustrating.

It feels nice because the silicone is silky and smooth, but overall it is lacking for its intended purpose.

This is made completely of silicone. It can only be used with water based lubricants and stored away from other silicone items. This comes with a thin, foam bag that I use to store it in which works really well.

Cleaning can be done with toy cleaner or soap and warm water. This can also be boiled, tossed in the dishwasher, or wiped with a 10% bleach solution.
