This is a classic Nexus prostate stimulator with a great slip in bullet vibrator. It is great for use for either self stimulation, or with a partner. Although it is not particularly large, the hardness of the material, the prominent ridges on the surface and the significant forward angle of the design mean that novices should use it with care. Basically, this is a Nexus Titus that has had its shaft hollowed out to accept a bullet vibe.

The prostate massager is made of a hypo-allergenic, latex free, pthalate free hard plastic. The rigid material, large bulb head and forward tilting shape of the shaft put a lot of pressure right on the prostate. It also has a stainless steel ball bearing to stimulate the perineum. It also has a vibrator that slips deeply into the shaft. The vibration is quite intense. The combination of the hard plastic of the Titus shaped prostate massager, in direct contact with the all metal bullet that is inserted far into the shaft of the toy, makes sure you get every bit of buzz the bullet creates.

Note: This is the best made bullet vibe I have ever seen or used. It is solid metal with a true water tight seal- using an o-ring. My only criticism of the bullet vibe is that it uses a 4LR44 battery - which is not the easiest to find, nor the cheapest, but the six volts gives it a powerful buzz.

The rigid plastic is non-porous and is easy to clean. Once you remove the bullet vibrator you can fully immerse it in hot water. I use hot water and disinfectant soap (Hibiclens surgical scrub) to clean it. The alcohol to finish and help it dry. The vibrator looks fully water proof, but I am loathe to fully immerse it in water. I have no problem using hot water and Hibiclens to thoroughly wash the outside of the bullet, then spray on 70% ethyl or iso-propyl alcohol to further disinfect and help it dry. Nexus also gives you a convenient little tool to pop out the ball bearing for thorough cleaning. When not in use the ball bearing remover snaps onto the base of the toy so you don't lose it. After cleaning mine I slip it into a small zip lock bag for storage.

This is an excellent toy, personally the G Rider works a little bit better for me, but I expect this will last longer. My one suggestion would be to make it a little bigger and fatter, but it does hit me in the right spot with a lot of pressure and a strong vibration.

The material has a high quality feel. It is both latex and pthalate free and hypo-allergenic - made of high quality hard plastic with a nice satin finish. It has no smell, is easy to clean and clearly is very well made.

It has a nice feel, but you have to like prominent ridges and the aggressive, forward leaning shape. It puts solid pressure directly on the prostate. The shape and material are designed to put maximum intensity sensation on the prostate, and it does so well.

It is probably not a good choice for beginners - the material is too rigid, ridges too prominent, and shape too intense for a novice.

This toy was designed by adding a great, all metal bullet vibrator to one of Nexus most aggressive, although not largest, prostate massagers - the Titus.

The shape is very aggressive. It is made from very rigid hard plastic. (Mine is black.) The shaft leans forward and has very prominent ridges about every quarter inch down its length. At the tip is a large bulb that thrusts even further forward to put real pressure directly on the prostate. The combination of the rigidity and shape make it a bit more difficult than most toys to insert - even for an experienced player. Go slow and use lots of lube, preferably water based.

The shape of the base is also important. At essentially right angles to the shaft is the base. It is slight S-shaped with one end, that turns into the perineum (taint) tipped with a removable stainless steel ball bearing. This puts pressure on the perineum while rolling smoothly over it. The other end is a rounded plastic curve that turns outwards. This can be used as a handle by your partner or, if you are alone you can catch it on the surface on which you lie to tilt the shaft back and forth inside you. It works very well, but go easy, the toy is rigid.

The design is also great in that it has an all metal vibrator that fits snugly into the rigid shaft of the toy. The rigidity of all the components really transmits the vibration. The vibrator has 3 vibraton patterns you can try.

It really works well. The shape gives strong direct pressure on the prostate and the shape allows you to rock it back and forth to increase and decrease that pressure. The excellent vibrator works really well with the design to fully transmit the "buzz" along the entire shaft of the toy directly into the bulb of the toy that is resting right on your prostatic bulb.

Nexus made a great choice carefully integrating a great bullet vibe into one of their most intense prostate massagers - the Titus.

The rigid, non-porous plastic is very easy to clean. Just slip out the bullet vibrator, pop-out the ball bearing and immerse it in soapy water. If you want to really disinfect it you can drop it in 10% bleach solution for 10 minutes. I clean it by first rinsing it off, then washing it thoroughly with anti-bacterial soap (Hibiclens Surgical Scrub)and hot water. I then rinse it with 70% alcohol and let it dry. I clean the vibrator the same way, but do not immerse it in water. The ball bearing is done the same way as the main toy, but you want to remove it (with the tool provided) so that no bacteria remains on the ball or in the cup that holds the ball.

After it has dried I place all of the parts in a zip lock bag for storage. They give you a beautiful box, with shaped foam to keep it in, but that takes up too much space for me.

The toy is beautifully packaged in an elegant box. Clear directions are included. You can use the box for storage, it has custom cut out foam for each of the pieces. Personally, a zip lock takes a lot less space.

This is one of the best prostate massage toys out there. Not for the novice, but very well designed and made of top quality materials. It is very easy to clean and disinfect. It is not my absolute favorite, which remains the G-Rider, but it is a close second. I am pretty sure, given the design and materials, it will outlast the G Rider.
