FIRST IMPRESSIONS:
To be fully honest, I was highly skeptical when I first came across the Pure Wand. I mean really, it doesn't vibrate, it's not realistic looking and it's as rigid as they come! But I had to see what all the hype was about and took the plunge. WOW - everyone was onto something grand and I had been missing out all this time. But not anymore. I boarded the pleasure train and I'm not looking back!
MATERIAL ~ ODOR:
The Pure Wand by Njoy is beautifully crafted from pure medical grade stainless steel. It comes with a safety rating of 10 and is naturally latex free, no phthalates as well as non-porous. There was no odor at all. Feel free to use any lubricant you want with this one as there's no materials that are affected by silicone lube on this gem.
COLORING ~ TEXTURE:
Pure Wand only comes in the natural silver shade. In my opinion, it just wouldn't look quite as classy if it was produced in a range a colors. The shiny sleekness just oozes elegance. It is completely smooth and cool to the touch except for the small ‘njoy' logo printed in a slightly rough glittery look on the inside of the curve. It's barely noticeable rubbing a finger over it and won't be felt at all inserted.
SHAPE :
The Pure Wand is very much like a navel piercing barbell. With a nice rounded curved bar and a ball on each end. It weighs in at a hefty 1lb 8oz, with the large ball measuring just over 4 ½” in circumference and the smaller one is 3”. When measuring the entire length it comes in at 11”. The 8” shown on the product page is going by the gap between the two ball ends. So you can actually insert a full 8” with still having a full handful of bar to grip onto.
CLEANING ~ PACKAGING:
I love the extreme ease that comes with cleaning and storing a metal toy. There are a range of washing techniques to choose from. The first is what I class as the very simple wipe down with a baby or anti-bacterial wipe if I'm feeling lazy and don't want to get out of bed. A wash with anti-bacterial soap and water . For those who wish to have an even more thorough sterilizing cleanse, you can boil, place in a soap free dishwasher cycle or wipe over with a 10% bleach solution. I'd just be sure to rinse it off after a bleach solution, just to be sure there's no residue. Avoid any abrasive cleaners which can scratch the surface. Simply use a soft dry cloth to polish it back to its original glory once dry.
The Pure Wand comes in the most divine packaging I have come across. It arrived in a solid timber box which is lined with a velour fabric. Inside the base sits a block of styrofoam with a cut out in the perfect shape of the Wand. Mid way along the inside curve of the styrofoam is a small gap so that you can fit your finger in to lift your wonder toy from its nestled home. Covering this is a dark pink satin feeling material. To prevent the lid from opening right back are two short pieces of black ribbon attached to the base and the lid. There are also ribbon pieces on two of the corners of the lid that can be used to hold the small booklet that is included. It shows all of the Njoy toys with basic information about sizes and caring for them.

As I'm writing this, I'm using the large end of the Pure Wand to massage my sore shoulder and neck. It works marvellously and feels so good - I can't stop. It's almost as good as the orgasms! This baby works its magic both internally and externally on my body.
I'm yet to experience squirting, but I'm positive if it ever happens the Pure Wand is the toy that will achieve the goal. But I only find the larger end works well at massaging my g-spot, whereas the smaller ball leaves me feeling somewhat empty.

How could I possibly feel anything other than even more love for Mr Pure! For the first time ever I'm actually looking forward to summer to test him out on a steamy hot day/evening. I'm hoping I won't mind the coolness so I don't have to pre-heat it first.
I'm still working on the whole squirting process, but Mr Pure gets me the closest I have ever been. If you wish to learn to squirt I suggest investing in a Pure Wand.

Will the Pure Wand REALLY make me squirt?

I've been eyeing this toy for a very, VERY long time.
I've read many reviews saying that it will make you squirt, even if you haven't squirted ever before in your life (which I don't think I have).
Would it REALLY make me squirt? That's the whole reason I want it!
Would it be worth it to make the purchase? -
Like you, I read that it works for a lot of people, so I bought it based on the good reviews. It hasn't really done much for me though. I was actually kind of disappointed with it in general. Hopefully, I'm in the minority.

I just need to learn to relax and take my time.

The Pfun is the easiest to use, and feels great. I would caution against this being a first time toy though. It is hard and can easily cause some pain if you do not know your rectum.
The Pure Wand has a BIG learning curve but the small end is good if you are just starting out.
The Eleven, well, lets just say it is for the very experienced. It is large and will take charge.
The Pure Plugs look really good and always get great reviews. Those come in small, medium, large and the 2.0 which is like extra large.
Something to think about, Stainless is hard. As such great care needs to be used when using these toys. Yes, they can be fun and very stimulating but they can bruise very easily. I would not recommend them for a beginner.

We have the PFun and the Pure Wand. My husband really likes the PFun; his only complaint being, it comes out during sex, as well as orgasm. He also loves to use the Wand on me, and I do so enjoy that. I prefer the Pure Wand (both ends) for anal play over vaginal play, but I have never been all that crazy about G-Spotting anyway.
Stainless is unforgiving. It can hurt, as Tim stated above, if you are over-eager. Do use caution and play gently until you get used to them.
We love the heat retention steel provides and their weightiness. There is something about not only feeling full, but heavy too. Anyway, we also like that we don't have to reapply lube very often because they are really slick all on their own.
We are hoping to purchase the Large plug soon. (We are on the fence about if we should get the large or the 2.0) ***Edited 2 hours later...bought the nJoy large plug tonight!***
The Eleven is certainly on my wishlist, and will be mine one day...when I have enough points (if I would stop spending them, it would be easier!)

Is it just me or are other people confused as to why the Pure Wand is classified as an anal toy? Everything I hear about it being good for g-spot and p-spot stimulation, but why does that make it an anal toy?
I think classifying it as an anal toy might turn off some folks that don't like anal toys.
Anyone else ever notice that? -
I think it was originally designed for men and us ladies fell in love with it. I use it for both anal and g-spot but I do tend to refer to it as a dildo though. I actually passed it up originally but then bought it on a whim. Best purchase I ever made. Hopefully people will look beyond any classification and read the reviews on it.

No confusion here. Most p-spot toys work well as g-spot toys and vice versa. I personally love it for anal, more than vaginal usage. If you read the first sentence of the description it clearly states it is for both. My only wish is that EF would list it in both categories.

Temperature Play...

I've never really done temperature play with steel... To all of you who have more experience with this, how long does it retain its coldness once you start playing with it?
Do you generally keep cold water/a freezer (!) nearby to cool it down periodically?
Any other advice? -
only tried in once, I left it in for 20 minutes, could have been colder though and I only put it in once, but i would recomend keeping a cooler near by if you want to keep going with it cold.

I'd suggest a bowl of ice water, or the cooler can work too. I don't have much experience with playing with cold with a steel toy, but a bowl of ice water will definitely be able to chill your toy back down as often as you want it to. :)

I'm trying to compare the pure wand with the Eleven and whilst there is a full sized image available for the eleven it doesn't appear that there is one for the fun wand.
