Butt plug discontinued

Huge Disappointment

It wasn’t big enough to really make me feel it and the lack of a tapered bottom prior to the base means it just slides back out by itself. Don’t waste your money, buy another plug, like the Zing, my old standby.

Pros
Safe material [Editor's note: not safe- it's porous.]
Cons
Too short, lack of taper means it won't stay in.

My first official assignment! I was very excited when I learned I was about to receive the Twisty butt plug in the mail. The shape really intrigued me and it looked like the swirls would feel fun on the way in and out. When I saw the box on my doorstep I opened it up and eagerly pulled out the package with the Twisty inside. Upon opening it I pulled out the twisty and the first thing I noticed was the “sweet” smell the description talked about. Frankly it just smelled like a dildo to me, but I’m not one who’s hung up on smells (especially considering where it’s going), so I proceeded to give it a good wash with an antibacterial soap to get rid of the smell a bit.

Although it wasn’t as big as I hoped it would be, it wasn’t exactly small, either, probably a good toy for someone taking the next step up from narrow plugs. It’s made of sil-a-gel, so it has some of the properties of silicone but it’s definitely softer and squishier [Editor's note: sil-a-gel is basically PVC, so it is porous and not very similar to silicone]. Just like the picture, it looks like soft serve ice cream, starts out with a nice wide round base. I usually don’t wear plugs for a long time (usually until I make myself cum), but the base is wide enough that it might cause some discomfort to those who do. The base also does not have a suction cup on it, though if you press down hard enough it will stick for a bit.

Once I had cleaned myself up with my colt douche and lubed up with some Maximus I relaxed and began moving it into my ass. That’s about where the excitement stopped. It was too short and the point where it meets the base is to thick for your ass to hold on to it. It just slides out. I thought its shape would feel better going in but no dice. I wish I could say more but that’s about it.
Follow-up commentary
Too small, not firm and porous material make this a not so fun toy. Pretty sure I tossed it a while back.

Clicking on the material link will take you to an info page about sil-a-gel -- it's actually not much like silicone at all.

my apologies, thanks for the edit

Yep... if it doesn't have a narrow enough part right before the base, it will slip out. Lame.

Makes me want to look into the Zing further...

It's too bad this Twisty isn't very good. It's never good when the plug slides out on its own. The Zing does look pretty sweet though. The Ryder (also by Tantus) is sort of a house (and my personal) favorite. The Ryder base really makes it shine for long term wear too.

It looks too wide to be so short. How unfortunate.

Thanks for the great review. This caught my eye because I too thought the twits would make for some fun, but I can also see how it would not stay in. BOO!
