Colt Power Drill Balls are designed specifically for anal insertion and because of the size of this toy are made more for the advanced player. Typically adult products of this type are called 'beads' but beads conjures up thoughts of something quite smaller than the dimensions of this ass explorer. 'Balls' are a much more fitting moniker! Adults interested in testing their limits would be interested in this toy as well as those who enjoy engaging in bondage play. Beginners be wary because taking the length of these balls takes time, lube, and plenty of relaxation.
Anyone with a butt-hole can take advantage of this product if they wish to only insert up to their personal limitations. The graduations allow for the user to stop when they feel they've been stretched and stuffed to the maximum. Our first impression of this toy was that the construction material was TPR silicone which is cheaper but unable to be sterilized and shared between users without covering with a condom. They don't flop around ridiculously making them difficult to insert but will also yield to the contours of your innards. Each ball has a spiral, drill type pattern around it which is noticeable and does feel lovely.

The Colt Power Drill Balls are a different take on what anal beads should normally be. At 10 3/4 inches of insertion length this is a long strand but beads usually are. What sets this toy apart is the girth of the balls when the experienced user reaches the finals! The balls start out a reasonably small size with the first one being only 3/4 inch in diameter. That's about the size of an index finger so no problem here. As the eight balls progress up the length of this strand it's a different story however. Each ball grows in size by approximately 1/8 inch increments with the final ball measurement a healthy 1 3/4 inch in diameter. That might not sound like much but what must be remembered is that your buns are already packed pretty deep with the rest of this toy making taking the last ball pretty difficult. The spiral screw-style design around each ball entices you to rotate the balls like a drill to ease them into yours or your partners butt. While I don't find this actually helps to get these suckers inside it does feel quite lovely and the ridges/spirals can be felt pleasurably inside. The loop style handle adds another 2 inches to the length and is ergonomic, easy to grasp (three fingers can fit inside) and makes for some safety to prevent losing the entire Power Drill into darkness. My only real issue with the design is the seam line running along the entire length of both sides. Obviously this is from the casting process and it isn't prominent enough to cause any kind of internal damage but it does cheapen this product slightly.

So far we've had the pleasure of owning this toy for 2 weeks and both of us have yet to get the entire length inserted into our reasonably experienced backsides. I found that the best way to make these balls sparkle is to use a toothbrush (an old one, don't get them confused!) and give them a thorough scrubbing. It still will take some time to hit every crevice along the length. On the bright side this toy is made of silicone and can be boiled and sterilized in a dilute bleach solution to fully disinfect it between partners. Lint loves to cling to the Power Drill Balls so try to use lint-free clothes to dry this sucker if at all possible. Using our bath towels made a mess of it but tea/dish towels worked wonderfully.
As far as storage goes this is a large toy that will take up some room in your toy stash. Our toy chest is getting pretty crammed and my husband may just need to build a larger cabinet for our treasures. Because silicone is the construction material make sure to not allow any jelly type toys to come in contact or it will dissolve and deform. The same also goes for lubricants and silicone based products must be avoided. Water based lubes are recommended and the thicker the better for anal use.

No instructions came with the Power Drill Balls and my thinking is that none are really necessary. They would be very short - Lube, relax, insert! Emphasis on relax. It would be nice if Colt had mentioned not to use silicone based lubricants to prevent the uninformed from wrecking their new toy but there is nothing. The packaging is a standard clear clam-shell design allowing the product to be seen with a small insert containing the name of the toy and stating that it's made of silicone, is graduated, ribbed and has an easy grip. There are no porn stars adorning the box to stare back at you. Although the package could be reused for storage we don't personally as it would take up even more room in the toy box than the balls already do.
