The Cisco is one bad boy designed for two main uses; first is ultimate deep penetration, the second is to stretch you open wide. Because of its sheer size and width, this is one toy that is more suited for the advanced and expert users out there. Whether you choose to use it in solo or partner situations, I recommend you do not force this one in, give yourself time and build up to it. The Cisco can be used for anal or vaginal pleasure, it may take time finding positions that will be comfortable using this huge dildo.

The Cisco is 100% waterproof so you can also enjoy this one in the shower or other wet environments. Another great use is the fact that the silicone material it is made from makes it great for temperature play. You can place it in a sink or large bowl of water set at the temperature of your enjoyment. The rings on the Cisco may make thrusting uncomfortable; mostly the last 3 rings have very pronounced edges that are not rounded. I see this big dildo primarily used for advanced users looking to trying something slightly bigger than they already have; also for experts who are looking for some deep penetration. Even if you are someone who cannot take a lot of length inserted inside of you, this is still a great dildo for people who enjoy width and stretching.

With the Cisco, Tantus gives us an amazing material, "100% Ultra Premium Platinum Silicone". This is good news for anyone looking for a safe material to use in such a huge dildo. This food-grade material is free of latex, phthalates free, hypo-allergenic and also non-porous which is very nice for safety and smell. This is a non- toxic dildo which makes it safe for your body, meaning nothing bad will be absorbed into your system. The density of this silicone is what I love the most, it is heavy and durable enough to stand up to a beating; yet it is soft, smooth and plush with a lot of flexibility. Without these key features to the material I think this would be a very uncomfortable dildo to use.

As with most silicone toys, they are major lint and dust magnets. In writing this review, I was taking measurements and getting a better feel of the dildo in my hands. With just doing that, the dildo was completely covered in dust, hair, lint and fuzz balls. However, a quick rinse will take care of this, removing all the dirt collected on it. Even though the silicone is soft and smooth to the touch, without lube it will drag and pull on your hair, which is very uncomfortable to me at least. To the touch the Cisco does not feel sticky in any way except for the underside of the base, it is slightly sticky and loves to grip to smooth surfaces as depicted in the picture below.

As far as odors go, I can just vaguely smell hints of odors from the material. The odor does not smell unpleasant and is almost unnoticeable, upon the first wash with anti-bacterial soap; I think I used too much and left a lot of odor from the soap. After washing it again, this time in the shower, all odors were removed and I could no longer smell anything from it. When using lube, please only use water-based lubes, use of any others can and will most likely cause permanent damage to the dildo. Lube seems to adhere nicely to the dildo, in the shower I did notice that water will bead right off the dildo, almost like it has oil covering the surface even though doesn't.

The Cisco overall in my personal opinion is almost a perfect design. Its purpose and design is for deep penetration while offering wide stretching and a full feeling. It delivers on this with its design and provides an excellent dildo that will last a very long time, if not forever. It stands 12" tall with an insertable length of 11", based on the measurements of mine that I ordered. Not many people can take extreme lengths of penetration, and I am one of them. Even with that in mind, this still makes for a large dildo for those looking for a good stretch and full feeling.

Each ring on it is designed to add extra stimulation as you take it in deeper. The first 2 ring are somewhat pronounced with more rounded edges, these are easier to take in without any worries and offer a unique but good stimulation. The last 3 rings however are very pronounced, with edges that are not so rounded. The 3rd ring was the only one I could reach and take in, it was slightly uncomfortable the first few uses to get over this ring. I can only imagine what the last 2 rings would feel like, but each ring is almost like its own base to a toy that you’re trying to overcome. The first 2 rings add just less than 1/8" of diameter as you go over them, the last 3 add around 1/8" diameter.

I am not sure if this is an intentional result from the design or not, but I love it none the less. The underside of the base is super smooth and shiny, but is also somewhat sticky and loves to grip well to smooth surfaces. This makes it much easier to use hands free without it slipping and sliding all over the place. The Cisco is far from a discreet toy and is definitely not travel friendly because of how large it is. One final note before I forget, I love the fact there are no visible seams on the Cisco. Overall I am very happy with the design and size of this toy; it works well for me and does what it is designed to do.

Before using the Cisco, the only large dildo I had for stretching and filling purposes was a jelly dildo measuring around 2" in diameter. It was hard and firm and to top that off, not a very safe toy to use because of the material. I need something to replace it and what caught my attention was the Cisco. It was on sale and I just had to get it, what drew me in with the Cisco was simply its width. Let me tell you, no matter what pictures and size comparisons are posted of the Cisco, nothing can truly prepare you for how big it is when you are holding it in your hands.

After a couple of sessions with the Cisco I was completely amazed at the results. After using plenty of lube and warm up with smaller to larger toys and finally the Cisco, with some little work it easily slide right on inside. It performs great at filling you up, inserting past the first 2 rings then pulling it back out gives a nice stimulation. I tried using it in different positions, the most effective and comfortable was lying down on my side with my arm positioned slightly behind my back.

Riding the Cisco is somewhat harder, mostly because of how tall it is. I personally cannot take more than 6-7" of penetration. I found I had to squat down. Trying to keep my balance was a challenge, quickly positioned where I could hold onto something and was able to ride it. However I prefer to ride a dildo when I’m able to rest on my knees, I personally could not do this with the Cisco comfortably. On a scale of 1 to 10 in my opinion, the Cisco's overall performance and how it pleasured me is a 9, would have been a 10 if I could have rode it easier. Everyone is different, not everyone will enjoy the size of this dildo.

The Cisco's cleaning and maintenance is very straight forward and simple to keep up with. If you are one to take good care of your toys, then you will find the Cisco easy to take care of. Because it's made of high grade 100% silicone you can boil this toy in water for 3 minutes to fully disinfect it. There are many other cleaning options such as; it is bleachable, can be washed with warm to hot water and anti-bacterial soap, toy cleaner, toy wipes and top rack dishwasher safe. Personally I clean mine in the bathroom sink or as I take a shower with mild anti-bacterial soap with a nice scent.

When not using the Cisco, I recommend storing immediately and in a sealed container or bag to prevent it form getting dirty. Dust, lint, hair, fuzz balls will easily stick to the material and build up, you can rinse or wash the toy before use and remove all of that from the toy. Also with storing the Cisco, keep it separated from other materials and toys, toy melting and material damage can occur from toys rubbing, touching or bumping into each other. A jumbo size zip lock back will work just fine in keeping this toy safe, personally for years I wrap each of my toys in paper towels and keep them in the same box. I have never had any issues with toy melting and toys becoming unsafe for use from doing this. Because of it's size, I recommend pre-measuring where you store your toys to make sure it will actually fit.

You should only use water based lubes with this dildo, any other lubes can and will most likely react with the material causing unsafe and permanent damage. Even though this is high grade non porous silicone, it is always recommend to use a condom when sharing with a partner. I have included a picture below of how dust/lint will easily attract to the material and stick on there. What you see in the picture was collected on the toy in the course of me writing this review. All the white speckles are dust and lint for the most part.

With all my Edenfantasys packages I have ever received, they are always packed very nicely, lots of paper filling to make sure nothing is damaged. The Cisco's packaging was very basic and simple, I'm actually glad it was just a simple plastic bag with a small paper top stapled to it. It's very minimal and that means less to throw out in the long run. For anyone purchasing the Cisco I recommend once you remove the paper top that is stapled, make sure there are not staples caught in the plastic somehow, you do not want to remove the dildo and possible damage it with sharp staples. The packaging is not very efficient for storing the toy in my opinion; the paper top has basic information about the toy and refers you to the Tantus website for more detailed cleaning and care information.

I'm giving the Cisco 5 stars because it performed greatly for my purposes and enjoyment. I was looking for a large filling toy with plenty of length that could give me a nice filling sensation. While this dildo is not really for everyone, it's more for those that are advanced in the use of extra large toys. Remember to take its overall size into consideration for using it and storing it. This thing is so big it feels like I am getting ready to load artillery into a military tank.
