The Tantus B-bomb is sort of a vibrating little brother to the Tantus A-bomb that everyone seems to love so much.
The B-bomb is 4 1/4 inches long (3 1/4 insertable) with a 1 1/2 inch diameter so it's really quite nicely sized as a smallish plug for more advanced anal players and a step up for beginners.
The silicone is gorgeous; it's a midnight purple with a sheen to it. It's thick and fairly dense in the bulbous part of the plug yet still flexible with some give to it. The neck and flared base are quite a bit softer; much thinner, much more bendable. In fact, the plug is easily bent in half at the neck.
The base is round and enough larger than the plug itself that it brings absolute security when using it. It also has a hole in the bottom size perfectly for the included vibrating mini bullet (push button, watch battery type). The plug distributes vibration excellently, the whole thing turning into a buzzing anal delight that is quite strong and amazingly quiet.
Insertion was a bit difficult because of the flexibility in the neck of this toy. Getting it to stay put was also a bit of a difficulty. It stays in fine if one is sitting around or even moving around but doesn't hold up to sneezing, coughing, laughing or orgasm in my personal experience. I believe this may be due to the neck of the toy not being quite enough smaller than the head.
Regardless, it's an enjoyable toy of nice size, beautiful color and safe material.
Clean up with soap and water, wipes, toy cleaner or by boiling, using a ten percent bleach solution or the top rack of your dishwasher to sterilize.
Use only water based lube with this one as silicone on silicone tends to make a toy gummy and icky.

Experience
I tried to keep the review portion fairly objective but, in all honesty, I'm not particularly fond of the B-bomb. I prefer a plug that stays in during orgasm and this one just didn't want to do that. I also really, really didn't like how hard it was to insert due to the floppiness of the neck. I had to stick my finger in the vibrator hole to give it firmness and then when I pulled my finger out it created suction inside the hole that almost pulled it right back out again. Oy.
I'm also not personally all that keen on round bases as they do not, in my opinion, sit between the cheeks very comfortably.
All my "issues" with the toy, however, are pretty much because of my own anatomy and personal preferences. The B-bomb is very pretty and would probably work quite well for many - it just didn't for me.

Originally, I had some issues with this plug; mostly of the eject-during-orgasm kind but also the base seemed a little uncomfortable and the neck a bit flimsy. Lately, however, I've found myself liking it a bit more. I use it with a wired mini bullet if I'm going to use a bullet, rather than the awkward push button one that came with it. And I use way, way, WAY less lube than I initially was using.
It's still not perfect for long term wear, since the base does chafe a bit, but I definitely like it better than I did out of the gate.

Nope. With the 3.5 inches of insertable length, the point doesn't... poke anything. Too short to be an issue.

Informative review, even though the base is round at least it shouldn't ever 'get lost'! The price does seem kinda steep for this item but Tantus products are usually worth it.
Usually Tantus says that Bodyglide silicone lube is compatible with their toys- did you happen to try the two together?

Nope. It came with some (i think, since I have a sample packet laying on my desk?) but I used water based lube and not much of it.
My stupid ass DID drip some Liquid Silk into the battery hole, though, trying to get the very stuck battery out and even though I washed it right away, it did degrade the silicone a little around the rim of the hole. Argh!
