This material is the same ultra-high-quality silicone for which Tantus is known. There is no odor or taste to it. The flexibility that is such a selling point for many can also be a down-side if you prefer a material with no give whatsoever. If you prefer glass or metal anal toys, steer clear of this ultra-bendy silicone. This material is ideal for your very first butt plug - advanced players may want to look elsewhere.

Design / Shape / Size

According to Vegan_Silk, "The tip is about as wide as my finger, and it widens gently to its girthiest point which is only 2 3/4 inches in circumference (7/8 of an inch in diameter). 3 3/4 inches long with about 3 1/4 inches of insertable length. It is about as long as my middle finger but a little bit wider than that at its widest point.

The base is a rounded rectangle that fits between your cheeks. It is 1 1/2 x 2 1/4 inches."

The tip of the toy is the diameter of a small index finger, and never gets wider than two fingers' width.

Like many people, I chose this as a first butt toy. I would have been intimidated to try anything larger. Unfortunately, I found what so many other reviews confirm - this is simply TOO small. It slides out! Sometimes even a finger seems too large, but this silicone coupled with a water-based lube seems to have more patience and less drag than flesh. This is a WONDERFUL size to "warm-up" with for anyone who's booty shy. The diameter is great for teasing the opening to my vagina! (Of course, make sure to wash or change condoms!) However, it is far too small to use as a dildo for vaginal insertion (except as a "warm-up" toy) - even for someone on the small side.

I would recommend it to anyone who is incredibly sensitive or booty shy and wants to try the smallest high-quality plug out there, or anyone who likes having a plug shoot out of their butt every time they change positions.

Although it isn't exactly discreet (it looks like a butt plug,) its ultra-small size, weight, and flexibility makes it ideal for travel. No chance it'll shatter!

Performance

I think the best thing about this toy is that it absolutely, positively will cure anyone of their fear of anal. If the idea of anal sex terrifies but intrigues you, this is a great place to start. You can play with it when you masturbate. It won't hurt - use lots of lube and be patient! Try teasing and take your time. It is completely safe and has a lot of give to it, so it won't "fill you up" - something that sounds tragic for the advanced anal player, but reassuring to the newbie! If this sounds right on to you, this may be the toy for you. However, if you've ever tried other kinds of anal play before, the performance may disappoint you.

Although the toy is very high-quality and will still get use from me during solo play, I can't incorporate it as a regular part of partner sex if it won't stay in!

Care and Maintenance

Because this toy is 100% silicone, it's boilable, bleach-solution safe, easily washed with soap and water, and prefers water-based lubricant. It doesn't come with any storage options. Silicone tends to attract lint and pet fur, so make sure to wash or wrap with a condom before use. As with all silicone, store in some kind of bag or box to keep dust away, and never use a silicone-based lube!

Personal comments

I chose the copper color for this toy. It is stunning. I mean it. Absolutely beautiful. I don't tend to go for sparkly, but it has a deep, rich burnt umber tone in the half-light of my bedroom.

Experience

My experiences with this toy have fallen into the following pattern:

Begin masturbating, get into it, lube up the Little Flirt and pop it in, it feels amazing, get really into it, change position, toy pops out.

Pop toy in again, try to get back into it. Finally get back into it! Stop holding onto the toy with other hand and focus on other things. Toy pops out.

Repeat until you become frustrated, and give up trying to use it as a plug.

When I choose a position that forces the toy to stay in, it feels amazing and intensifies my orgasms. I have never experienced pain or discomfort from this toy in any way - only frustration.

Well, this toy has been used a lot since this review.

You may be thinking, "Used a lot? Really? You said it doesn't stay in!"

True. I still find that when things are getting hot and heavy, the Little Flirt prefers rocketing out of my butt and flirting with my sheets. However, I recently picked up a larger plug - the Mood Naughty Large. It's about twice the diameter of the Little Flirt. I am still an anal novice, and so when I first tried the Mood Naughty, I experienced some pain upon insertion. I was distraught... UNTIL I tried warming myself up with the Little Flirt.

I now use the Little Flirt as a warm-up toy EVERY TIME I'm preparing for anal, whether toys or flesh.

"If it's as big as a finger," you may wonder, "why bother buying it? I already have fingers, and they're free."
This, my friend, is a finger that never has scraggly fingernails. More importantly, it frees up another hand to focus on other parts of the body. This takes care of anal warm-up so you and your partner can focus on all your other erogenous zones! The size and shape are also great for squeamish newbies - if your partner is curious but intimidated by penetration, this would be a fantastic first experience.

It's tiny enough that there is never pain upon insertion. Just one tiny drop of lube (I like System JO H2O Anal Lube) is all this skinny minnie requires for smooth, painless insertion. I still wouldn't recommend this toy for long-term wear (that base would get uncomfortable, and good luck keeping it in long-term, anyway!) or for use during intercourse. However, if you occasionally experience discomfort engaging in anal sex, the Little Flirt may be your new best friend. As a warm-up toy for an anal novice, the Little Flirt is PERFECT!
