I first bought the Up and Down Anal Pleaser a couple of years ago when I wanted a more realistic anal experience during my play time. I was excited to read about the "thrusting" motions that this butt toy had to offer and decided that it was certainly the sensation I desired most.

When this toy first arrived, I was surprised by its large size. I thought I had understood its size prior to purchase, but may have been a little off with it's 1 1/2" diameter shaft. As a moderate anal adventure seeker looking to expand my horizons, I learned I was about to expand something else!
It did have a moderate "new toy" odor but it's not something I am usually bothered by.

Eager to test out my new toy, I got down to business. For both safety and cleanliness, I used a condom with this toy. After a bit warming up and plenty of water based lube, I was ready to introduce my new friend. I found that the heavy toy takes some time to fully insert due to its large size. It's a tiresome feat and requires a great deal of patience if you're not accustomed to such size. Once inside, I was oozing with pleasure. I felt incredibly full and anxious for its powerful thrust action. I grabbed the quite large and rather heavy remote and gave it some power. I enjoyed the sensation of the beads, yet was disappointed as it was not at all like anal sex with a partner, but I continued on and cranked up the power. Using just the Anal Pleaser alone, I wasn't enjoying myself. However, with the assistance of a dildo, I was able to enjoy a "fully stuffed" orgasm.

On high, the toy sounds a bit like an RC car with a high pitched whir and squeal. While noise hasn't been a huge problem for me, it's not something that can be quietly used. The toy was hardly a hardcore thrusting butt plug, but it does provide for some enjoyable sensations.
One of the biggest problems I had with this toy was that if I tense and clench, I jam or even stop the beads from moving which can be incredibly frustrating.

Despite its flaws, I've kept this toy in my bag of goodies for a few years now. It's fantastic if you're looking for that "full" or "stretched" ass feeling. It stays in place quite well and I have found that I can easily maneuver from one room to the other without it falling out. It's great in combination with other toys but don't expect any miracles if this is the only trick up your sleeve.
