Looks like a good idea, but doesn't deliver in the pleasure department

In all, the mini-mole is a lackluster toy that I can't recommend based on my own experience. Yes, it's easy to insert, yes it's got a great color - no it doesn't have the kind of curve needed to hit your p-spot. It might be a great beginner toy to get used to anal insertion, but beyond that it doesn't provide much in the way of butt pleasure.

Use

Royal mini-mole, with its slender shaft and bulbous head, is supposed to tease your prostate. The included vibrating bullet, which sits snugly in the hollow shaft sends pulses of ecstasy to your prostate leading to amazing sensations . . . .

. . . at least that's the idea. Unfortunately in my experience the mini-mole doesn't fulfill any of its anal obligations. I've tried this a few times and it has three things going for it. First, it's got a great electric blue color. Second, it's easy to insert. This is a plus for those just starting out their booty explorations. Finally, the bullet is powerful and can be used on its own (in fact, I found this to be better than trying to use it in the mini-mole). But for me that's where the positives ended.

Oh, how the bulbous head looks inviting - calling to you. It holds promise, but the shaft lacks the necessary curve to allow the bulb to stoke your prostate with any amount of pleasure inducing pressure. I've tried this toy enough times and at enough angles and usually put it down, feeling frustrated, and reaching for another toy.

If you're a beginner, the slender shaft and ease of insertion might be good to start out with . . . but once you get used to having something in your bum I'd recommend moving to something with a more aggressive curve like the Handmaiden Anal Dong (currently one of my two favorite butt toys).

Material / Texture

The mini-mole comes in a plastic clamshell. Mine was covered in a bit of dust and the clamshell didn't appeared to be sealed well. A quick wash with soap and water and the dust was gone.

The mini-mole is made of silicone, meaning you can only use water based lubes. It's a great color, but given that it is hollow, it is too flexible without any curvature. It just doesn't do a good job of hitting the prostate or providing any pressure when you try to adjust the insertion angle.

Design / Shape / Size

I took far longer than I should have to write this review - and honestly it was because I was hoping that with time and experimentation I would be able to find something good in the mini-mole. Nothing doing. Sorry, mini-mole, but there are toys out there ten times better than you for the same price. This toy is just not rigid enough and lacks the necessary curvature to do a good job with prostate stimulation. It is certainly long enough, but the floppy nature due to the hollow design keeps this toy from doing much (at least for me).

Functions / Performance / Controls

Using the mini-mole with the attached bullet doesn't provide anything that you can't get from your finger. The silicone sheath of the mini-mole dampens the vibrations, and I found that using the bullet on its own was oh so nice. The bullet sits near the end of the toy when inserted in the mini-mole so the vibrations have to travel down to hit your body and by then all the fun is gone. Just go with the bullet on its own - use plenty of lube to get it in, and it will do a pretty good job of staying in on its own. When you're done, give the power cord a gentle tug. That being said - this bullet is powered by a control pack using 2 AA batteries. It has four settings from vroom to . . .VVVVROOOOOM!

Care and Maintenance

I store my mini-mole in a drawer with my other toys; it doesn't require any special storage container like a cloth bag. Before and after use I wash with warm water and plenty of soap as should be done with all silicone toys. Only water based lube should be used with this toy!

In all, this is a low maintenance toy. Just give it a quick wash, pop in the batteries, the bullet, and go.
    • Easy to clean

Packaging

This comes in a plastic clamshell. Mine was covered in a bit of dust - not sealed, which always worries me. I washed my Mini mole and the dust was gone.

Relying on the power cord to retrieve the bullet is not very safe. Plus that part of the toy can't be cleaned very well, so a condom might be a good idea if the toy is going to be used that way. Thanks for the review.
