Luxury that won't stay in place.

The Nexus Vibro is a high-end vibrating prostate massager, designed for both internal prostate stimulation and external perineum stimulation. It has a good angle for hitting the prostate and the perineum arm that uses a removable stainless steel roller ball for stimulation is excellent. The vibrations come from an included 5-speed stainless steel bullet vibrator. Unfortunately, the inability for it to stay in on its own proves to be a fatal flaw.
