Rombee - probe discontinued by Feelztoys - review by Cinnamon Chambers

Feelztoys has a hit on their hands with the Rombee. It has everything I look for in a great sex toy. It is 100% silicone, is aesthetically pleasing and will not fail to please. Once you have it in your hands, it will have you plotting how you want to feel all this toy has to offer.

The immediate draw for me was the color of the Rombee. I love the magenta pink color. It is girly but is a dark enough shade to make me comfortable using it anally. I was very surprised at how silky and supple the texture of this toy is. I was expecting a much more clinical feel but I was very pleasantly surprised. Though the toy has the safety features of silicone and a firmness that makes it easy to use, there is a notable softness and give when the toy is compressed that is lost in some silicone toys. Between the joints of the balls the toy will bend and flex with the body.

There is a total of four balls and a handle that is shaped like a loop. Curling down from the loop is a flange that is tipped with a small ball. This works not only as the perfect handle for using the middle and fore fingers to grasp, but also as a stimulator for the clitoris during vaginal penetration. The handle can be used to make alone time easier for anal or vaginal thrusting and gives an added grip for partner play as well.

Using the Rombee for vaginal penetration is wonderful. The bulges feel great, and the smooth feel of the toy is not irritating even with the intense texture. The little ball on the handle is very effective at clitoral stimulation during rough thrusting. The wetter you are the more the ball will excite the clit. This is a great toy for working the pc muscles with. Inserting 2 balls in the vagina is similar to using ben wa balls. This can not be used as a wearable vaginal exerciser, but inserted, then flexing and squeezing for shorter workouts.

Anal play with this toy is a little more tricky. Though each ball is only four inches in circumference and is not any bigger than the Love Pacifier beginner that I love, combined they are much longer. The insertable length is just shy of five and a half inches. At the base there is an elongation and an indention that look like they would hold this in place nicely when fully penetrating the anus. I can still only take about 2 balls due to the length and have not used it for anal thrusting. The stretching they provide is a big turn on, but the real fun is popping them out at the time of climax. Having a great sized and very functional handle makes this very easy to accomplish. This toy is great to progress with and could be a great choice for beginners and experienced users as well.

Cleaning the Rombee is not hard at all, but you have to be sure to thoroughly clean in between the joints of the toy. To sanitize it, just wash it in the top dish washer rack with no soap, boil it for three minutes, or wipe it with a 10% bleach solution. Since it is silicone there is no scent to the toy, and I have found that it does not hold in scent like some other toys can. As with most toys, it is best to rinse it before use to remove lint and dust that may gather on the toy. Just to be safe, I only recommend using water-based lubricants with silicone toys to prevent any possible damage or reaction.
