Mature anal play
This is a pretty good entry level toy. The anus will get a workout, the prostate will get a massage, and I believe a man will discover a whole new sexual side. A side worth exploring, but you have to start somewhere, and Doc Johnson has provided a quality toy for experimental sex. I'm keeping mine, and I trust this will give many years of "play". I never did get the vibration sensation to my scrotum, and I dont care too much for the end sticking into my scrotum anyhow, so no loss there.Published: January 27, 2010

The mens pleasure wand by Doc Johnson measures just under 6" long with a handy ring at the base, I guess this is to prevent "losing" this toy "up there". It starts out at around 3/4" in diameter, and tops out at 1" in diameter, when fully inserted. It has a "J" shape, and is supposed to massage the scrotum along with the prostate. The shape puts it into contact with the prostate. When fully inserted the vibrating section is inside the anus. The vibrator control is attached by a water proof wire for 4 speed adjustment, and varies the vibration just fine. As with most Doc Johnson toys the control's are easy to use, and apparent without need for lengthy explanation. Good enough, as I could find no instructions anywhere on the box, inside or outside. I guess the operator is to figure it out for himself?
While this is somewhat pliable, it does not flex very well, and holds its shape. It takes 2 AA batteries, and the battery compartment is waterproof, a fine feature to have, and for shower play this is one of my favorites. There is no discernable odor, seams or places to harbor bacteria, it cleans up easily and needs no other care than toy cleaner for disinfection. I dont put this in the dishwasher, (I dont put anything but dishes in the dishwasher), or microwave, it has metal!!! While I like to keep the boxes, this box has to go into the trash. It takes up just too much room in my toy chest, besides did I mention, there are no instructions?
If you travel, please remember to NOT put this on your carry-on!!! TSA will pull this out, put it on the table, and grill you incessantly and all this in front of the entire world! TSA is not your friend regarding your taste in a private, sexual life. I travel fairly regular, and have seen the embarrassment inflicted on many people, I pack my toys in the big suitcase and check the bag.

Experience
The first time I used this toy, I was in the shower. With gel lube, use plenty, the end slipped in easily, and I could feel when the vibrator part was entering, and this was not uncomfortable at all. The vibrations really work to relax the anal opening, when the angle "hits the spot" the pleasure starts. While I did not give it much time to "work" I could feel the fluid start to seep from my penis immediately. It feels pretty erotic, and I believe that with enough time a full blown ejaculation would have occurred, I just quit too soon, besides the hot water.......

I was wondering, how far is this thing supposed to go up inside me? I have no idea how far inside my prostate is? Also I dont understand about the ball massage part of this because it dont reach mine at all. I must be to over weight because it dont come anywhere near my balls.

I would think it would be closer because I am the size of a kid around the age of 10 to 13 years old except for weight. I am only 5' 3" and 200 pounds. Since I am smaller in one aspect I would think that the ball part of it would be closer for me instead of farther if you do the math? One would think?
