The Men's Pleasure Wand is a solid, run-of-the-mill vibrating prostate massager. It's exactly the kind of toy you'd want to give to a favorite gay nephew for his 18th birthday.

When I got it, I was pleased to find out that it was red. Butt toys typically come in a wide array of pinks and purples, but so rarely do they come in the traditionally masculine colors of "fire engine red" and "blue". The red color spoke to me and said, "Sure you take it in the ass, but you don't have to be a girl about it." And for all those girlfriends out there interested in getting their man to bend over, my guess is a friendly red toy without veins (like this one) is the best way to go.

The toy is solidly built. It's so much harder than trying to explain the reasons you need this toy to your grandparents. The battery pack is sturdy and undoubtedly waterproof, which is a big plus if you like to clean your toys in the shower like I do.

Once the Pleasure Wand is lubed up, insertion is a breeze because of the gradual shape of the "into-the-butt" portion of the toy. Once I got it all the way in there, I was disappointed to find out my balls didn't dangle low enough to enjoy the portion of the toy specially designed with their needs in mind. This ended up being okay, because my taint/grundle had been ignored lately, and he appreciated all the extra attention.

The vibration settings, unlike other toys I've worked with recently, were strong and varied. The low setting felt like a pleasant low setting and the "Oh My God" setting was strong and relentless. There were two mid-level settings in between.

Solidly built, easy to clean, and red... the Men's Pleasure Wand is a great value and a good model for those curious about the world of prostate massage.
