The Neo is a nice toy for those exploring prostate massage and i would reccomend it for anybody just starting out (but then again, i believe in "go big or go home". It might be a bit too big for you tight assed newbies.)
Neo is an all around good prostate massager. I can solidly recommend it as an entry level prostate massager or as a fill in for more advanced users looking for a prostate massager that will stay in well.
The Nexus Neo is a great choice if you're looking for a handsfree body-operated prostate massager. During use it stays in place and the metal ball roller feels good and doesn't irritate. The Neo is both comfortable and stimulating, finding your prostate and sticking to it, and you're unlikely to outgrow it.
