I found that this didn’t really do the trick as a prostate massager. The vibrations didn’t really make it to the tip. I found it a little too flexible to really hit the prostate and stay there. But I really liked the bulb design, it really gave a good feel going in. So it’s a much better anal toy than a prostate massager.

This is a silicone toy, so it is very suited for anal play. Didn't notice any smell out of the package. The silicone doesn’t have much give to it, but it bends easily because of the bulb shape.

The Vibrating Prostate Stimulator has a couple wide bases that make it great for anal play. I found its insertable length nice at 3 3/4" and at only 1 1/4" max diameter, it makes a good beginner toy. The first bulb has a flat spot on it to hit the prostate, which makes it a bit easier to insert also. And the bulbs give it a great feeling.

I found it very easy to insert with the tapered tip and 1 1/4" diameter. I enjoyed it more as an anal toy than a prostate massager. Its bend-ability made it not so great as a prostate massager and didn’t seem to be able to put the required pressure against the prostate. And the vibrations didn't travel up to the tip very well, mainly just at the base and first bulb. But the bulbs made up for that as they felt great when working it in and out, sort of like small anal beads.

This is made from silicone, so normal silicone cleaning procedures apply. I used warm water and antibacterial soap, which made for easy clean up. You can also boil it for 3 minutes or throw it into the top rack of your dishwasher. It's best used with a water-based lubricant.
