The Gumdrops triple bubble is a high intermediate/advanced butt plug. While not very long it is very thick. Beginners look elsewhere!

The Gumdrops triple bubble is very straightforward: lube up and slowly go! You will need sufficient warm up to use this toy thoroughly (at least 20 minutes unless you are the expert). Lubricant is a must. Re-applying is a must as well. The toy can be used for solo time, foreplay, and couple time.

This toy is not intended for thrusting. The bubble shape is designed to feel and enjoy the stretch. The shape makes it more challenging, yet pleasing for anal connoisseurs. You will not lose the Gumdrops triple bubble inside of you. The base is huge. This also means it is not ideal for long term wear.

The Gumdrops triple bubble is intended for anal use. While it could be inserted into the vagina, there are many more suitable toys for vaginal thrills (also lighter toys, the Gumdrops triple bubble is heavy). Also, due to its lower material rating, it is best to keep this away from the more sensitive vagina, even if you cover the toy with condoms during use.

While the Gumdrops triple bubble is made of PVC, it is still better than jelly. Unlike jelly, this plastic has a longer shelf life, has little odor, and no displeasing film you normally get from jelly toys. The PVC has a longer life than jelly.

While low on the safety rating (a 2), the size of the Gumdrops triple bubble works best with silicone-lube. With water-lube you must reapply. Safer silicone butt plugs are generally not compatible with silicone-based lube. In this way, the material is a trade-off.

This butt plug is not designed to look realistic, instead taking on a graduating, bubbly appearance. The texture is smooth. There is drag but adding lubricant allows the toy to glide smoothly across your skin. While tapered butt plugs allow for easier insertions, the spherical shape of the Gumdrop gives a challenge. Again, this plug is for high intermediate to advanced users. You will mostly likely need at least two smaller plugs to build up to the largest bubble on the Gumdrop.

The Gumdrop is slightly flexible, but not enough that it will make insertion difficult.

The odor on the Gumdrop is slight. You have to put your nose to the toy to smell plastic.

Did I say the Gumdrop is huge? I cannot wrap my thumb and index finger around the largest bubble, or with any other finger.



Everything, save the first little bubble, is large about the Gumdrops triple bubble. Mostly anyone can insert the first teardrop shaped bubble. Intermediate players can insert the second bubble and advanced the final (I wonder if this was done purposely). The Gumdrop focuses on girth, with the largest bubble totaling in at over 6" around.

The Gumdrop is only 5" long. Many anal beads are longer than the Gumdrop. The base is large and rectangular. It is not designed to fit between your cheeks or facilitate long term wear. Even if you managed to comfortably walk around with the Gumdrop, this thing is heavy. It would hurt if you dropped it on your foot.





The Gumdrops triple bubble is as discreet as you can be traveling with a high butt plug. There is no mistaking what it is. Again, it would also be a bit to lug around. There are laptops lighter than this brick.

The spherical shape is the attractive aspect about this thick plug. Tapered plugs are not as much of a challenge. After it is in, it's mostly over. The spherical shape allows you to play with whichever bubble you are working in. Slowly teasing the plug in and out can be highly pleasurable when lubed.

After warming up, this plug is great to further stretch the anal opening. It is best to use the toy when lying down. You can slowly sit on the plug, but the base does not provide suction. If you choose to sit, do so carefully. Again, because of the weight, the Gumdrop will easily fall out unless it is secured.

The base is large, so it may be harness compatible, but with only select harnesses. While not personally experienced with harnesses, I think the girth and shape of the Gumdrop would not allow O-ring harnesses to work.

Overall, as a teaser and stretcher, the Gumdrop serves its purpose. You may need to warm up even between bubbles, thus it could be slightly inconvenient.

The Gumdrop is compatible with both water and silicone lubricant. To clean the Gumdrop, soap and water is best. There are not electrical components, so this plug can be completely submerged with no issue.

It may be because I chose the black, but the material itself collects lint. Though wiping the Gumdrop with a wet wipe immediately before use can solve this. Placing a condom over the toy will limit bacterial growth. PVC is porous, though not as horrible as jelly. Condom use also takes away some of the joy of the shape. Whatever your decision, be aware that the toy can harbor bacteria and a user must be dedicated to cleaning the Gumdrop consistently and thoroughly.

The Gumdrop should be stored separately from other toys — to limit possible contamination to other toys. Or you can wrap it in a cloth, and wash the cloth regularly.

Overall the Gumdrop is easy to care for. It does not degrade like jelly.

The Gumdrops triple bubble came in a thin, clear plastic box with hearts on it. It is not designed for continuous storage. There are no instructions that come with this toy. The package is not discreet at all.

It takes time to use this entire toy. I was only able to get to the second bubble many times. In order to insert the last bubble, I had to use my intermediate butt plugs that were between the sizes of the 2nd and 3rd bubble. Only then was I able to be successful.

It is also easier to insert this toy when stimulating other erogenous zones, such as the clitoris. Pairing the gumdrop with a wand is a great combination.
