Ow, My G-Spot

If you like G-spot stimulation, or prostate stimulation, the G-play large is a great choice for adding to your toy box. It's definitely not for beginners, but it does provide a lot of stimulation, and a nice variety of vibration patterns.

Use

The G-Play large is the largest in the G-Play series, and quite the multi-tasker indeed. In addition to being good for vaginal use, you can use it anally, on your clit, or pretty much anywhere else you can think of. It is a bit on the big side, so unless you're already fairly experienced in anal play, I'd stick to just vaginal use for now.

Material / Texture

Like the rest of the G-Play toys, the large is made of a super soft, velvety, matte silicone. It does have a bit of a drag to it, but not much, and a little bit of lube should take care of that with no problems. This particular silicone I've noticed tends to pick up scents, pleasant or otherwise. If you find your toy starts getting particularly aromatic, you can wash it really well, then leave it out to air dry for a few days and it should be fine.

Design / Shape / Size

Large comes in at 4" tall with just about 3 1/4" of that being insertible. It's 4" around at its widest point, so I'd advise that this not be the first thing that goes in your butt. It will, however, be nice and filling for most vaginally.

Like its other G-play counterparts, the large has the same unique shape designed to stimulate either the G-spot or the prostate. You've got a pretty good shot at doing both of those with the large size.

You start out with a wide head that narrows slightly into a gently bulging curve, and then heads down to flat base in a sort of willowy S shape. At the base you have the on/off button for the vibrating portion, as well as the battery compartment. The vibrator also removes from the sleeve very easily, making cleaning a breeze.

This one is still small enough that it'll tuck away just about anywhere, and since the shape is still pretty unique, you only have to worry about people asking what it's supposed to be used for.

Functions / Performance / Controls

Much like the G-play medium and small, the G-play large is also controlled by 1 button on the bottom. However, unlike the medium and small, the large features 5 different vibration patterns: a sort of oscillating pattern; a strong vibration for a few seconds, then a pause; another version of roller coaster; a sort of pulse; and lastly another kind of roller coaster, only this time with a pause to it. To turn it off, just press and hold the on button for a few seconds.

The vibrations focus mostly in the head, but are still felt very easily along the rest of the shaft. They're not exactly quiet, but under a good blanket with a closed door? You shouldn't have any problems. The vibrations are somewhere right between buzzy and rumbly, and can produce the dreaded itchy fingers.

Large works well for the clit, and vaginally. I haven't tried it anally as of yet, I'm not quite at that level. Vaginally, the G-spot hook can be a bit much for some, but for others, it will provide a nice amount of pressure. There's a lot of potential with the curve, but I think there's a bit of a learning curve to it.

Care and Maintenance

Because the sleeve separates from the little vibrator, cleaning this is super easy. Since the silicone on this one is a bit thick, you might have to futz with it a little bit, but if you're having problems you can peel back the lips of the base and wiggle the vibrator on out. Once you've removed the sleeve, you can either spray it with a toy cleaner, wash it with soap and water, boil it for 3 minutes, run it through the dishwasher, bleach it, however you want to clean it, you can do it. If you want to share this between partners, I recommend either boiling/bleaching, or using a condom, preferably unlubricated.

Your best option for lube is a good water based lube. You could probably get away with an oil based, but water is just so much easier to clean up. No matter what though, you should avoid using a silicone based lube, since that could damage the material, and that would really really suck.

To store, you can either use the box it came in, or even store the whole set in a pouch. It's recommended also that you remove the one AAA battery it runs on between uses.

Packaging

Mine came in a set with all three sizes, but I hear that individually it comes in a nice cardboard container with a pop top and all sorts of instructions and helpful tips.

Personal comments

If you happen to have both the medium and the large size and prefer the size of the large, but you just want the simple single vibration that the medium has to offer, fret not! The vibrator inside both the medium and the large are exactly the same size and can be easily interchanged.

Experience

I admit, I don't use this one very often. For me, the little G-spot hook is rather stabby, and not all that comfortable during thrusting. It does feel nice while acting as a vaginal plug of sorts, but after a while I want something more, so I move on to something else. I have been experimenting around with anal play in general, but this one is still a little too large for me to use.

I personally prefer the medium to the large, but I think that if you have one of the smaller shapes and want to work up, this is a great thing to have. Realistically, the only con is that it's not waterproof.
