It starts off with a standard low hum, with a click of the button, located on the base of the boat, it moves up to a more aggressive medium vibration. Then comes a higher vibration that is intense inside and out. The next settings are an escalating low to high, random burst, steady medium pulse, and increasing pulse.
The best part about the base button, you simply hold it down and it does an automatic shut off. But even after all those rolling vibrations, Pandora stays extremely quiet. And by extremely quiet I mean, you can use it for prostate, clitoral, or g-spot stimulation, above the covers with the door cracked, and not have anyone hear you. The only loud noises you will hear are the ones you and yours will be making.

What powers this sex machine, you ask? 3 watch batteries. Yes, just 3 tiny batteries, I was amazed, too, especially when I found out the batteries were included! The battery compartment is located on the bottom of the boat. Being made of medical grade silicone, Pandora can be sterilized, so yes it's waterproof! However I would not suggest boiling the whole toy, or using the dishwasher. The battery compartment could open slightly and have water damage to the internal parts of the toy. Instead I suggest using a bleach solution or boiling the toy with the base out of the water.

Pandora is also soft and velvety to the touch, with a flexible shaft and soft tip, that provides enough pressure to give you what you want without the discomfort. Silicone also carries vibrations like a dream and quickly warms up to the bodies temperature and holds it, so no cold surprises ruining the mood. Just remember to use water based lubricant only, to keep your toy in great condition and from breaking down. What it does not hold is smells. Upon opening there was a slight "new" smell that all toys have, but it quickly disappeared after opening. After use and cleaning there were no lingering smells, however it does seem to collect a few pieces of lint/dust. When storing you may consider a bag or case. The packaging could be used for storage but I do not recommend it. It comes in a blister type plastic case formed for the Pandora. While its secure for shipping, its not really special enough to gift as is. Also I have read some reviews where silicone and jelly toys do not mix, they can sometimes melt together or discolor each other. So use caution when storing in your toy box/drawer.
