This toy was my first prostate massager, though I had some experience with anal play and toys previously. I knew I enjoyed a larger toy, so I chose the Excel over the smaller selections.

I did some research and followed the instructions carefully - first, lots of lube, of course, second, insertion, and then waiting while your body becomes accustomed to the toy. This was incredibly difficult -- I had trouble staying relaxed as I was quite excited, and I really wanted to jump the gun and experience the p-spot orgasm.

The Nexus Excel worked me up into quite a fervor as I held my PC muscles for longer and longer periods of time and I started having full body spasms hands-free. When I did finally stroke myself, I noted that I was successfully milking my prostate - clear sticky pre-cum was oozing out of me, and I had a mind-blowing orgasm.

The toy is made of hard, nonporous plastic with a stainless-steel ball bearing at the perineum end. It comes with a handy little poker to snap the ball out and clean it, and the ball provides a nice bit of heft to the front end of the toy. The tail of the toy made it easy to provide extra pressure on the prostate, though I found the pointy head of the toy provided quite a bit of pressure on its own.

I found the perineum pressure to be pretty constant with this toy and it did not add significantly to my enjoyment. This is all about the p-spot, and I feel more like the external bits of this toy were just about enhancing that.

I have to say that having a partner by to share you and provide other stimulation only adds to the experience's intensity, though it's quite lovely for a lazy Sunday morning as well. Don't expect to rush this, or it will be significantly less enjoyable -- expect to spend at least 45 minutes or an hour from lube-up to clean-up.
