Mood naughty 2 medium - small butt plug by Doc Johnson - review by Athena

Let me start off by saying that the Mood Naughty 2 Medium is the first anal plug I've used. That being said, I'm glad I purchased this, both my partner and I liked it a lot. This plug is great to use during intercourse, it feels good and stays nicely in place. This plug is a great toy to use for "warming up" a bit for anal sex. I even wore it to the grocery store the other day, just to be naughty! I think this toy is probably best for beginners since it is quite small for a size medium. However, I imagine anyone can enjoy it.

This plug is silicone. It is nonporous, super easy to clean, and can be sanitized by boiling or running through the dishwasher in the top rack. This toy has no odor. Silicone is a very comfortable material — it's so comfortable you could almost forget the plug is there. Silicone toys have a downside as silicone materials are lint magnets! The Mood Naughty 2 doesn't come with a storage bag, so it's probably a good idea to store it in something just for the lint issue. Also, I have lots of silicone toys in my toy drawer, and I've noticed that silicone toys can react badly to being right next to another silicone product if for a long period. The same thing can happen with jelly toys, I once melted a silicone cock ring by accident because I let a jelly vibrator lay on it for too long!

This plug is a nicely designed toy. The shape of the plug is delightful, the bulge at the midsection first narrows, then gradually increases in size towards the forward-pointing, bulbous tip. I recommend inserting the curved tip facing your stomach; it is more comfortable for me, and my partner says it feels nice on his prostate. The plug is not at all realistically shaped, which I like. The flanged base is pleasant and feels pretty comfortable. However, I'd imagine if the plug was worn for an extended period, the flange might cause some discomfort since it's slightly wider at one end.

We really like this plug. The only complaint we have is that this is tiny! I recommend getting two different sizes. I wish I had also bought the size Large. Ah well, I'll just have to buy another one — and I would in a heartbeat! This toy functions just as it should. It's fun, comfortable, easy to clean, and great for solo or partner play. A lot of thought went into the designing of this toy. The bumpy shape feels great, and the plug stays in place. The flanged end might not be terribly comfortable for super long wear, yet it is still well designed.

Silicone is a very easy material to clean. Since this silicone toy is nonporous, you only need soap and water to clean it. Of course, a sex toy cleaner can be used. This toy can also be boiled for a couple minutes or put through the dishwasher in the top rack.
