Prissy Petite Plug: Plug of Lust small

I would recommend this toy for anyone that is very new to anal play and wants to experience it for the first time. The plug is very petite and would not be satisfying to the experienced anal user as it is shallow in depth and narrow in width.

Use

This tiny petite plug is a perfect introduction to butt plugs if you have never tried one. Its size is so unintimidating and the price is so reasonable that it's worth it just to have it in your box of goodies even if you haven't been into anal play before.

Material / Texture

The toy is 100 percent silicone. It has a great smooth texture to it, with just the slightest bit of drag. You will need lubrication to insert it. Because it's silicone you will want to stay away from silicone based lube. There is no odor to the toy during play. It has the faintest scent when you put it right under your nose. It almost has a perfume type smell. Again, thats only when you put it under your nose.

Design / Shape / Size

My first thought when the package arrived was that this plug is shaped exactly like the giant Christmas lights my mother used to hang on our Christmas tree when we were kids! I know, so weird to get a butt plug and be thinking of my mom hanging Christmas lights, but that REALLY is the shape of this plug!

It is so small that the entire thing from the pull ring to the tip fits in the palm of my hand, and I have small hands. It measures just under 4 inches from ring to tip. The insertable portion from the end of the flare to the tip is only 2 1/2 inches. Again, I know this is gonna sound crazy, but imagine inserting a large Christmas light in your bum and that's what this plug looks like!

It has a small narrow tip that expands up into a fuller bulb and then graduates back down to a narrow neck before expanding to the flared end. The pull ring is attached to the top of the flare. The width across the flare is just over an inch.

I would imagine the smallness of this toy would be very disappointing to someone who is an experienced plug user. This is definitely a toy for beginners who would like to maybe just "try the tip, just to see how it feels" kind of thing. That's what it was for me anyway.

Performance

This toy is for the person who may be just beginning to explore anal play or who has never explored it but wants to. It is very small and petite (I've named it Prissy: Prissy the plug). This plug works as a great introductory device to the world of anal play without the intimidating factor. With a little lube and some gentle pressure this little plug slips right in, and out, with no problems.

You can also warm silicone up a bit. So, you could run it under a warm faucet before using it to get things a little toasty. I find the warmth "relaxes" things a bit more.

Care and Maintenance

Because it's silicone, it is non-porous and can be shared if you sterilize it properly. So if you and your partner are interested in trying anal play, you can both give it a try after. An easy way to sterilize it is to boil it for 5 to 10 minutes or place it on the top rack of your dishwasher. The toy can be cleaned with warm soapy water or a toy cleaner. It's so small it only takes a minute to scrub a dub dub it up!

Because of it's size you can store it anywhere!

Packaging

The plug comes in a clear package with the toy visible inside. There is a picture of a bare-breasted woman on the package. I'm not a huge fan of simple packages and I am really not a fan of my toys coming with a naked woman on the front. I know there are plenty of porn star endorsements and the like, and I say more power to them to getting the deal, but I prefer not to look at another woman's delicates when I've got my own in mind. That's just me though!

So, long story short here, this is not a very discreet package. The plug is visible and so are the boobies of the girl on the cover.

There are no instructions of any kind. Not that you really need to be told what to do with this, but some care instructions would be nice to have for those new to silicone or anal play.

Experience

I have experimented with glass and probes but never a plug so I wanted to try one. I picked this one because, honestly, looking at other plugs I was intimidated at how the size seemed so large. I wanted something small and that's exactly what I got. I have to be honest though, it was almost too small.

There were no problems inserting it. It went in with a little lube very easily. The problems came with keeping it in. The depth of this plug is so shallow that it wouldn't stay in place without me holding it. Every time I would take my hand away it would pop out.

If you are looking for anything that has fullness to it, this is not the toy for you. It is so narrow that it can hardly be felt. Because I couldn't feel it well, and it kept popping out, I eventually abandoned it during our play.

    • I am completely new to anal play. Well, at least I am almost completely new: I have been attempting to get started for a couple of weeks now since my husband has expressed interest in trying anal sex.

      Sadly, however, I have had a difficult time using what many reviewers have deemed as the perfect beginner's butt plug. It seems as though I need something even smaller than the following, all of which I have tried and find either very difficult to insert and/or too uncomfortable to wear for even a short period of time (and, yes, I do use a thick anal lube and try to insert gently and slowly):

      Tantus Little Flirt (seems too long for my comfort)

      Tantus Ripple (the last bead is too thick in diameter and it also is too long for me to fully insert comfortably)

      FunFactory Bootie (the bulged head makes it very painful to insert, even going slowly and gently, and I find it too filling to wear comfortably for long, once it is in)

      I am very sad that I am not "progressing" in anal play. Are there any smaller butt plugs out there to help me ease into using -- and hopefully even enjoying -- my *beginner* plugs so that I can eventually work up to trying anal sex?

      Ironically, my husband has also just started to experiment with anal play to massage his prostate and he has even been able to use our Nexus G-rider with no problem. I don't understand why I am still stuck at the *pre-beginner* stage!

    • At that price, the Plug of Lust is tough to beat. If price is not an object, then I might go for the Fun Factory Bootie instead because I think the base is better for long term wear. Another consideration if price were no object would be the Bob pleasure object.
