The Prostate Health massager from Tantus arrived and our first thought for this toy was that it was modeled after a gear shifter for a sports car... It's shape looked more like it was meant for a hand to clasp around it than the tight confines of my husband's ass.

Like all of Tantus' fine collection of adult toys it's made from easy to sterilize, hypo-allergenic silicone which is a must if you plan on sharing your play things. Because the Prostate Health is designed strictly for applying pressure to that sensitive little male gland it's not a monster size in girth or insertable length. Maximum depth is about 4" and this toy is just a little over an inch in diameter. Even beginner anal play appreciators should be able to easily handle having this toy in their butt.

This prostate massager also has a very comfortable wide base compared to most of the other male toys designed for the same activity. There are no seams from the molding process to give discomfort and while being smooth and soft it's certainly firm enough to not flop around when trying to insert. Make sure that you don't use silicone based lubricant with it or you'll wind up with a dissolving mess. We found that our water-based slippery stuff lasted well on the toy and the ribbing on the base seemed to hold the lube nicely making it more comfortable for my man's little pucker!
