This toy was definitely designed
I bought this as an
anal toy and find it to be a great size for me as an amateur. The gradual transitions from bump to bump are perfect. I was concerned about it's being straight rather than curved, and this has turned out to be a bit of a problem, but I'm still happy with it. I've been curious for awhile about
glass toys and am not disappointed. It feels wonderful against my outer lips and has a seductive feel to it. It's very sensual with it's smooth and undulating surface. It's also very comfortable to hold and handle. It's very heavy, much more so than I expected, and this impressed me. This is a real quality piece and the hand blown variances give it an organic character.
The look is mature; it's a toy you can take seriously and still know it's a sex toy. I know looks should be second to function when it comes to something you are going to put inside you, but I won't be getting that far with if I don't find some attraction to it. Plus, I won't be the least bit embarrassed when I bring this out for play.
Pure Pleasure has no seems at all but I did notice some very minor "scratches" or scuffs that disappointed the perfectionist in me. They aren't noticeable unless I inspect it closely; I can feel them with my tounge if I really think about it, but they are completely indiscernible internally. Not a big deal and not even enough to be considered a flaw, but may be good to know beforehand if you think you are going to get hung up about it.
I'm giving the Pure Pleasure four stars for price, quality and comfort; five if it had been more unique or at least curved.
Dame Demi, for *me* the base is certainly wide enough to make this toy safe, even though, as you noticed, the flare is not extreme. For someone more adept, it may not be, but this is more of a beginner/intermediate toy, IMO.
Adriana, I did not use this for vaginal penetration, just rubbing along my folds was exquisite. But I will eventually use the bulbous handle end for that purpose and it is an excellent size for that.
Bulma, good question. I'm tight enough that, at first, this wasn't an issue. But after I relaxed, muscle contractions did tend to coax the probe out. I wouldn't use this as a plug meant to stay in place for this reason and mainly because it is too long (for me) and unbending. This is more of an *action* toy that I would play with rather than leave in place, and the bulbs make it ideal for that type of work.
I hope that helped.
