This is a great tool for those quick clean-outs when you are going to indulge in anal play or just want that fresh feeling. It's especially nice when operated by another person. If you like it for butt play preparation or just enema play, it can be refilled easily multiple times which ends up giving the recipient a nice, fulfilling experience. It's gentle on your system which is an added bonus.

The nicest part about this item is that it's so easy to use and can be used when you only have a few minutes. It works well although when using it alone you have to find the best way to use it. This will vary with each person because it's tough to reach around and squeeze the bulb. If using mine alone, I usually stand up and put one foot on something to raise my leg, and it's easy to access the spot and squeeze the bulb. If someone else is administering it to you, any position works well. Face down is nice because you can feel the weight of it and the warm water which is an added bonus. The look of it is great - especially if it's going to be used on you by another person. The feel of it inserted and full of water is hot in itself. The weight of the small amount of warm water feels good against your butt cheeks - especially if you're into the enema fetish and knowing what it is.

It's quite easy to clean; remove which ever nozzle attachment you use. All you have to do to clean it is fill it with warm, soapy water, swish it around a little, then squirt it out then do it again at least once, preferably twice, with plain water to rinse it out. The nozzles obviously are detachable and can be washed easily. Being latex, it's durable, but you should still take care on cleaning it. Don't use harsh chemicals. It stores easily and inconspicuously in any cabinet or drawer. Letting it air dry before storing will prolong its life.

Being a latex product, a water-based lube is best to use. Yes, this uses water, but if the nozzle is dry when you apply the lube, it's perfectly fine. Water-based lubes are also much easier to clean up after use. With proper care, this item will last many years - even with heavy use. Since the nozzle is used in a place where it could become unsanitary, bacteria could grow if not cleaned properly. It's a good idea to thoroughly clean all parts of this product. The nozzle can be washed in a solution that has a little household bleach in it. However, be sure to rinse it off well before using it again. If sharing this item, be sure to clean it prior to using it with someone else.
