It doesn’t look sexy, that’s for sure. With a dull gray finish and a ramrod-straight profile, the Colt Waterproof Power Anal-T sends the message that it’s all business; which, ultimately, is all that matters. And by and large, it gets the job done well.

I’ve owned this for a while now and, while I wouldn’t say this is my absolute favorite, I do find myself coming back to it periodically. Its best quality is in its ease of use. It’s perfectly smooth, making insertion a very easy process. A dab of lube on the top, and maybe a little more around the knob at the bottom, and that’s pretty much all you’ll need. Manipulating the Colt to get some thrusting action on your P-spot is a breeze, as well, since it’s perfectly straight, and the vibrations transmit waves of pleasure quite freely.

Hands-free activity is possible as well, although there’s a little less flexibility in that regard. Since the toy doesn’t taper except around the knob near the handle, you have to have that knob inside you if you expect the toy to not fly out your butt without holding it; since it’s stiff, there’s only really one angle for which that is possible. If that one position doesn’t stimulate your sweet spot quite as well, then you might be out of luck. I suspect it would also be a little bit better if there was a bit of a curve. It works on me, though – stick it in there and let it go, and my prostate gets very very satisfied indeed.

The peripherals are very well-designed. The cord is nice and long, and the hand held remote even has LEDs to tell you what level you’re at (and in case you lose track of it while writhing around in the dark!). The four levels of vibration are quite distinct from one another (I’d give it a vroom rating of 4) while still being relatively unobtrusive in terms of noise (2 bees). It’s a breeze to clean up – they tell you right in the name that it’s waterproof (although, to be honest, I don’t use in the shower). Adding in the fact that it’s cheaper than a lot of other prostate massagers, I’d give this one 4 stars.
