The P-Spot Rocker is designed to stimulate the prostate by anal insertion, and the tip is angled to provide pressure against the prostate upon insertion. The tip is thick and the shaft narrows just past the tip to allow one to get used to its size after the tip is fully inserted. A smaller toy to warm-up with may be considered before starting off with this one. Once inside, this massager does not need to be fully inserted to achieve prostate stimulation. The pressure on the prostate can be varied by rocking the massager up and down to ones personal preference. The two swirled portions have specific design features as well, one serving as a perineum massager and the other as a handle for rocking the massager. The handle portion functions well but the perineum stimulation was not as noticeable as the prostate stimulation.

When using this toy solo lying on ones back was the most comfortable method and when using with a partner doggie style was very enjoyable.

The Rocker's package states that is made of Butt Silicone which only seemed appropriate since that is where the toy is designed to be used. Reading the fine print it goes on to say that is 100% platinum cured medical grade silicone. The Rocker is smooth and has a firm but flexible shaft that has a couple of curves that are designed to make it more comfortable with a tip that is bulbous in shape. The two handles end with small swirls but one of them broke off with minimum pressure. The broken swirl does not affect the functionality in any way.

The curved shape of the Rocker makes for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The bulbous tip opens you and fills you quickly. This is a toy that requires lots of lube (just like any other anal toy), and for the user to be relaxed. This is not something I would recommend for someone who has never been penetrated anally before. The size of the tip in most cases would put this out of the beginners section for anal play. This is more of an intermediate to advanced anal users toy.

Once fully inserted the tip puts pressure on the prostate, and keeps it there the entire insertable length of the toy which is about 3 1/2". The smooth texture and curved shaft make for an enjoyable anal experience during penetration as well. The stimulation the tip provides to the prostate can be varied by rocking the toy, and produces excellent prostate milking results. While using this toy in a penetrating manner, and with no other stimulation provided the effectiveness of the design became visually evident as the fluid began to ooze out in less than a minute.

The Rocker is a well designed prostate massager, that focuses on a specific part of the male anatomy. The shape, curves and material combine to give the user an intense prostate massage that can be varied by rocking it while in use. The handle functions well and if the smaller handle was curved a little more the perineum massager would be more functional as well. Having a piece break off a toy is never a good thing but again it did not effect is function or performance. The Rocker will see more use in the future and will become an integral part in maintaining good prostate health in our home.

The Rocker being made of silicone, is safe to use with any water based lubricant and it is best not to use with any silicone based lubricant. The care instructions on the package state it should be cleaned after each use (and before the first use is wise as well) with liquid anti-bacterial soap, patted dry with a soft cotton towel, and allowed to air dry completely before storing. Silicone can also be boiled for three minutes and is top rack dishwasher safe. The original package makes for a great storage container to keep it dust and lint free during storage.
