The Rookie plug is intended for anal use. I'm sure that ladies, as well as men, could use this plug, if they desire to do so. This plug is not small, so beginners may want to start with something else, but if you're more advanced, you might want to check this plug out. It works well for P-spot stimulation. Personally, I found it to be very pleasurable.

This toy is made out of smooth TPR material that is porous and cannot be sterilized. The box calls it hygienically superior TPR. It is Phthalates free, latex free, hypoallergenic, and made of food grade material. The toy does smell like rubber and it is noticeable, but not strong enough that it bothered me during play time. It is flexible, not stiff and uncomfortable. The material does not slide against the skin very well, so don't skimp on the lube.

The Rookie is better suited for advanced users when it comes to size. It is 4 1/2" long, 4" insertable 5 1/4" circumference, and 1 1/2" diameter. There are two bulges in the plug. The top one is rounded, which makes insertion pretty easy. It is 1 1/2" in diameter. The larger bulge at the bottom is just shy of 2" in diameter. At the bottom, there is a large round suction cup attached. It only worked on flat surfaces and, even then, with vigorous action, it did pop free. It has a coiled cord that comes out of a small hole in the bottom bulge on the plug, which kind of sucks, because you have to worry about stuff getting in. When you're cleaning it, you have to be more careful so you don't get water inside. The cord plugs into the controller and is a little short, but fully stretched it's about 4 foot long. There is only one slide button on the controller that you can adjust the strength by sliding up to 3 different settings. The controller is silver and black. The black part has a smooth coating on it and the controller is a good size. You can wrap your hand around it and there is still room at the top so you will not be losing it. The LED lights change on the controller as you slide it up. The battery compartment slides open, but will not come completely off. It houses 2 AA batteries.

The Rookie has three strong vibration settings that you can change by sliding the single slide button through each strength. The deep, buzzy vibrations are in the bottom, larger bulge and you feel them throughout the whole toy. It is not too loud, so if someone is not in the same room with you, they wont hear it. If you hold onto the plug for a few minutes while it is in, your hand will start to feel tingly.

Clean up with soap and warm water or you can use toy cleaner. This toy can't be sterilized. The plug is not waterproof so when you are cleaning it make sure you don't get water in the hole the cord comes out of. Water or silicone lube will work with the plug. Store it away from your other toys. If you want, you can stick it back in the box it came in.
